My daughter had a scheduled birthday party and when we arrived we were told that the air conditioner was not working and was being fixed. They had one fan per room and the children were sweating profusely. Many parents had to take their children out to their cars to cool off. The children were falling all over the party room due to the precipitation. There were no pictures taken in the party room and we did not received the signed birthday card from her friends as offered. All the parents asked if we were appropriately compensated and to be honest, we did receive a discount but no where near what would make this experience acceptable. I called several times and never received an update. I was instructed to contact the owner via email, which I did twice and did not receive a single response. I found this very unprofessional and really left me feeling unsatisfied about the experience. We will not be returning to this site.

I bought a 5 card pass to bring my daughter and some friends. This was our first time there and I was grossedte bounce area smelled awful and the ladies bathroom was beyond disgusting. There were no paper towels so I went to tell the manager at the front and I stood there ignored while she carried on a conversation with another employee. After I told her, think her name sherry or Shirley, she made a face at the other employee, he laughed. I felt like I.was bothering her. The only positive part was that the kids had fun playing. But kids can have fun anywhere. My suggestion is to train your manager to be friendly and not talk so loudly about other things that should be left at home.

I went here for a kids party, not a good place to book I felt rushed and the second play area half the stuff didn't work in the ball pit. For the money people put out you would think these owners would maintenance their locations.

On March 5, 2016 my family reserved Bounce U for a party of 25. This was our 3rd time there. Registration went okay since it's automated; very cumbersome since every kid has to be registered. Upon entering the first Bounce room, we notice an awful odor. The floors were very soiled, smelly and visually dirty. This establishment should be turned in to the Board of Health. In addition the restrooms were not clean. We were also rushed from one room to the other so they did not live up the the time contacted. As a family we decided not to come back again! Simply put; IT'S DIRTY!!!

The two girls that did my daughters party were horrible. They just stood there one literally with her arms folded. I mean I know your young and its a weekend but come on. She had a mad face on and the kids saw. Then the other taking pictures just was taking them in one spot. My sister had to say something and she still didn't really get any on the other attractions. Almost all my pictures were on the jungle climb. Then in the pizza room, they stood there and the parents had to say can we do cake now. Then they didn't tell me just came in took my daughters gifts out to the front desk. We were told we had no time left for opening them. I opened my gifts with my guest out of my car trunk. How tacky and embarrassing that was. The staff is lazy and no good the party was not worth what I paid and I would never recommend this location. Them employees served no purpose to my party thank you to the parents that came and made it fun and HAPPY for the children.

I took a friends young son to the Bounce U at Cherry Hill. The experience was disappointing and I will not recommend this location to any parents in the future. Here is a breakdown of the issues encountered. We had a voucher slip purchased at Groupon which allowed for five visits. The day we visited, was on the MLK holiday. As soon as we entered the facility and presented our voucher, we were told they did not honor coupons on holidays. This is actually on their site, but is hidden in the calendar to the point where you have to click on the actual time and date your planning your visit to see the disclaimer (this is a bad sign when you hide your policy). This was also not on their door or their answering machine. I guess they had so many angry questions about this that they scribbled a make shift sign and taped it to their door, I saw it as I left the place.
No problem, I paid for the current visit and also redeemed my voucher for future use. The injury disclaimer I had signed was never verified against any identification, I could have put any name down and nothing was checked (another bad sign when issues of legality are glossed over). Upon entering the facility I was surprised to see that they were very crowded and had only three high school age attendants monitoring the inflatable bounce slides. One young attendant was sitting inside the ride with a dazed look while children pushed and shoved each other, while I was there this attendant never once intervened. The second pair of attendants was standing together in another ride. These two were more engrossed in their teeny bopper conversation than what was going on around them. The facility is actually smaller then what you would expect for a place like this and it was really crowded. In the corners of the facility were disassembled slides and some of the air generators. Instead of being stored away or roped off from the kids, they were on the floor as potential tripping hazards.
Some of the slides had a cushioned pillow to absorb the impact, others did not. The overcrowded bouncing palace was also not monitored despite the sign that stated kids should not enter unless supervised. One of the younger kids left the bouncing palace crying because she was getting hit in the face by an older boy, yet the attendants kept gabbing away. This pandemonium occurred with younger visitors being bullied, blocked, and pushed by older ones. This could have been easily remedied if the attendants split up and did their jobs more effectively, or just did their jobs. Eventually, and after the child we were with got shoved and pushed by older kids, I decided we would not stay the full time we paid for. As we left I returned the unused vouchers and asked for my Groupon receipt back. I would rather get my money back from Groupon (and risk not getting a refund) then visit this poor location again.

My daughter had her 30th birthday party at Bounce U. What? Yep, her 30th.
As her father I said "you are crazy, this is a kids place", but as usuall she ignored me.
Was I ever wrong. I had a ball, and her friends couldn't stay off the equipment.
The laughter filled the room.
Who says only young people can have fun

Our grandsons loved to go to birthday parties here when they were younger. We've observed kids of all ages enjoying the fun.

My family had our granddaughter 's birthday party here with her friends from school. They all had a great time and could have played longer. They had a nice room for the food and party.

Hi! How many kids are allowed to register at a parents night out event, how many attendants are there & what kind of pizza & snacks are served? Thank you!
