We recently went to visit the Cape May Winery. We took the daily tour and were very happy we did. Our tour guide Gerry was great - very knowledgeable and friendly - answered all questions. We got to sample quite a few wines and finished off the tour with some wine and cheese. The vineyard and grounds are beautiful. Highly... More

Service is great and their tours are extremely informative, but we don't like dry wines. And that's pretty much all they make. :( Tastings are fun, though, and a visit here is a nice add-on to a Trip Through Cape May's Non Touristy Businesses.

Visited Cape May for the first time for an August 2016 vacation. My family members and I enjoy an occasional glass of wine, so when we saw the Cape May Winery Tour as an area attraction we decided to go. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. He described the wine making process and introduced us to a number of different... More

We missed the 2PM Tour due to traffic, but did the tasting. So good, we bought 4 bottles and returned the next day for the tour. The Tour took about 2 hours and our guide was very knowledgeable about the Winery, the Wines of the Region, The History of Wine in Cape May and Wine Growing in General. Easy walk... More

This winery has a lovely tasting room and patio for picnic lunches and the wines are reasonably priced and very good. Their reds are outstanding but the whites need work! Bring food as their good selection is pricey and uninteresting. This is a popular place so go early in the day or plan to wait for everything! They have a... More

My boyfriend and I did a tasting there this past Thursday. The winery was beautiful and the wine was delicious! Johnny did our tasting and he super informative. Adds bonus he suggested a restaurant for dinner that was equally as awesome! We'll definitely be back!

Hosted a family gathering there last year and because of how well we were treated, we returned this year for simple wine tasting. They have expanded options to include a few snacks for wine sampling, but if you want more, many brought picnics; no outside drinks are permitted. When it was crowded, it was tough to get a spot at... More

Leave the kid's at home and enjoy an elegant adult environment. Fascinating to learn and taste, to wander the vineyards for an hour and a half with a very pleasant and knowledgeable guide. Delicious wine ranging from$19 upwards, so much nicer than than the average bottle we all buy.....well worth the money☺

We overlooked visiting the Cape May Winery on several visits, but decided this trip we would make time. A great experience. The facility is quite large with indoor and outdoor tasting bars. The inside tasting room is quite large. The day we were there they also had live entertainment outside for those that wished to linger a while. We chose... More

Drove by the Cape May Winery after visiting Willow Creek Winery and did a u-turn, glad we did! This winery knows how to treat their customers and had an enjoyable time on the tasting deck. We frequent the Finger Lakes wineries and the server jokingly asked us "why are you here then???" Wine tasting is all about the experience. Cape... More
