Birding By Boat from Cape May. We run eco-tours of Cape May Harbor and the coastal salt marsh with up close views of local wildlife. We see many Osprey, migrating shorebirds, herons and egrets, nesting colonies of gulls and terns and many other species as we cruise through the tranquil back bays. Evening trips have the added beauty of sunset along with a local heron rookery. Come join us on one of these special trips.

Took the morning excursion and had a good time. The Capt. identified all the wildlife species and told us facts related to each species. There are still nesting Osprey which we were able to view the chicks and fledglings as well as the adults. A mated pair of Bald Eagles were also perched near their nest area. A nice way... More

We took the 10 AM boat. It was a fun and educational tour. The captain went out of his way to make sure we got to see a bald eagle, and we also got near (without being intrusive) osprey nests and a laughing gull colony. The naturalist was also very knowledgeable and open to questions.

I could not believe how many birds we came up close and personal to on the boat ride. I've never been so excited to get that close to Osprey, Herrons, Gulls and Gull babies. My entire family loved the boat ride and education during the trip. We will be doing this again.

This was our second time on the osprey. We had signed up for the 10 am trip but due to very low tide, very strong winds and the fact that only four people showed up the boat didn't go out. The captain suggested coming back for the 1:30 trip, or the next day. Everyone was able to return for the... More

This was the second time we've used this company, and once again they were fantastic. The Osprey is a large pontoon boat with cushioned seats, so it is comfortable. Binoculars are provided so that everyone can get a close-up view of the birds. The birding tour was about 2 hours long, and the captain has a great knowledge of where... More

My son-in-law was the only one who actually got to go - it's a long story - but he had a wonderful time and the rest of us have it on our list for next year! He enjoyed the view and the company of a small group of women who were out to enjoy the birds. He reports it was... More

Very nice trip. Have done this once before in the fall, seeing different birds the. The nesting laughing gulls was quite a spectacle and can only be seen by boat. Knowledgeable captain and naturalist.
