Established in 1998, Turdo Vineyards is now in its 10th vintage. A family owned and run operation, Turdo Vineyards is known for producing award winning, premium hand-crafted wines. Including italian varietals such as Sangiovese, Barbera, Nebbiolo, Dolcetto, and its signature wine, Nero D'Avola. All the fruit used is 100% estate grown, with the main focus being quality, not quantity. Owner and Master Winemaker, Salvatore Turdo's passion and commitment, has established Turdo Vineyards as New Jersey's most distinct vineyard & winery. We look forward to seeing you soon.

This is our favorite winery in NJ. The wines are excellent, especially the reds. After visiting for several summers and finding that favorites will occasionally sell out, we pre-ordered and paid before our visit and added a few bottles after our tasting. The patio and grounds are beautiful and the tasting room always has someone knowledgable behind the counter. If... More

The winery is small and due to the high quality of their wine, they often sell out of certain wines before the end of the season. But it is a lovely location on 4 acres of vines and a nice way to spend an hour or so on a nice weekend afternoon.

The tasting room at Turdo vineyards is small but the owners (particularly Luca) really take care of you and know their wines! While waiting for a spot at the bar to open Luca came over and offered us a tasting of Riesling. We enjoyed the Riesling then found a spot at the bar for our full tasting. From Moscato to... More

This winery is small and quiet and perfect. The Turdo family creates the sense that you are in Italy. They don't have as many varieties as the bigger wineries but they were by far the best wines we tried. The tasting room attendant was very knowledgable and kind. The garden is lovely.

What a great little vineyard /winery. The owner waited on us during our tasting and their son Luca gave us a tour of the vineyard. Wines were the best in Cape May!

My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary at Cape May, NJ and decided to visit some of the local wineries. Turdo was the best. Great wines and great atmosphere! Sal and Sara made the experience outstanding. Choose from a variety of estate wines during your tasting and then take a glass or a bottle and relax outside while enjoying... More

I have been to Turdo Winery numerous times and I simply love their wines, it really is some of the best you will find! Along with their service and the grounds, it is very intimate and that's why I knew it would be the perfect place to celebrate my engagement. Luca went out of the way to accommodate my family,... Parking is a little crowded. We visited during "off-season" and not sure where you would go if there were more than the handful of cars parking along the athletic fields adjacent to theWinery. But, Find a spot, park and walk to the tasting room and beautiful setting for a glass of surprising, yes, didn't expect that quality of wine and... More

A must visit place in Cape May if you are a lover of excellent wines! These people are passionate about their products and so welcoming. As others say, don't be scared off by parking across the street. There were only 5 wines available for the 5 wine tasting at $5, but each was wonderful! If you can only go to... More
