Had a Nerf Wars birthday party there on Friday for 15 5th grade boys. It was a huge hit, the boys made comments to their parents "best birthday ever". The staff was fantastic, very attentive and really went the extra mile for the kids. Children were safe and supervised at all times. Not the cheapest birthday party, but definitely a huge hit. Highly recommended.

In general I was pleased with this airs soft location. The staff was good with the kids. The facility was pretty safe and the older kids were friendly and kind with the younger kids. Overall I was pleased with the experience and my son had a great time.

Unless you are bringing your own guns, I would avoid this place and go somewhere else. Most of their rental guns are broken and many of the people who rented while I was there ended up sitting in the back or having to switch out their gun nearly every round

Horrible place to hold a 13th Birthday party!
Originally took a tour of the facility 3-4 weeks before booking online. We were informed the parties are 1 hour of play and 45 minutes in the party room for pizza and drinks at $30/person plus $5/person for unlimited ammo = $35/person plus tax. I mentioned 1 hour wasn't enough time so we were told that in lieu of pizza and drinks, we might be able to get a 2nd hour of play, since it would save them money by not supplying food, as long as the time slot wasn't booked. Kept checking online and the next hour wasn't booking, so I started to email customer service. Lots of going back and forth with Pam C and she said they don't give away free play time. I told her it wasn't free if I was giving up the pizza and drinks to offset their cost because my party just wanted to play. I told her the information I was provided when I toured the facility. She said if I wanted that, then book 2 parties. That should have been my queue to cancel, but I didn't. I called the facility and I spoke with a young man who said that if that slot is still open the day of the party, we can have the 2nd hour of play. The morning of the party, I looked online and low and behold, the 2nd time slot was gone, which is fine at this point.
Everyone enjoyed the 1 hour of airsoft play, although equipment needed to be swapped out multiple times and then directed to the party room where the cheese pizza was plated and juices were poured. See picture below. Pizza was subpar and drinks were 1/2 full with no refills. Luckily, I brought bottled water.
My husband didn't know he was talking to the owner in the parking lot on our way out. He thought he was just a random parent asking for his opinion on holding a party there. He then replied he was the owner and he didn't care what my husband thought and didn't care if he ever came back because he has over 500 kids playing there every weekend. That is deplorable customer service!!
Originally put a review on their facebook page, which spun out of control with them calling me cheap, wanting free things and publicizing my work email. I never hinted or asked for a refund of the $375 I spent for 10 players to play airsoft for 1 hour. They are extremely rude, unprofessional and ignorant! Do not give them your money!
BTW - Stryker Airsoft in Hackettstown is $35 person for 2 hours of field time and 2 slices of pizza and drinks. Their customer service is wonderful and very welcoming!! We've been there 2 times prior to this place for birthday parties and were extremely pleased, but we wanted to explore other options out there. They definitely win hands down!!

New customer new to airsoft. Great place to come too. This place is packed with people every weekend . I have been going for the past 2 weekends and i have seen this place always packed with tons of people. Its very popular and I am in love with the place. They are amazing and very great people there.

5 Stars... Our airsoft team (Midstate Mercenaries) likes to go to NJ for the weekend. A typical weekend involves driving ~5 hours, an afternoon at the Airsoft Factory, and a fine White Castle dining experience on Saturday. Sunday we start off the day by going to Godfather Airsoft and drooling at all the gear in the store and picking up whatever supplies we need before heading back to the Airsoft Factory for another 8 hours of play.
The indoor field is run professionally, the staff makes sure everyone is safe and having fun, and the facility has a great setup for different scenarios. They have a bank vault, a church, a jail cell, and some other props.

I loved it, first time airsoft but had the best time! Takes a little getting used to. More fun for teens and up.

Recently attended a party here. Guns were mostly ALL broken, they had NO replacements that actually worked! The staff was unresponsive and had NO idea how to fix the equipment or what to do. The kids were told to "hold the mags" in the guns as they ran around bc the staff was clearly aware that the mags would not stay in! Mags kept falling out of the guns, guns constantly jammed. They did not have enough safety equipment for all the kids playing! They ran out of vests and protective gloves. Then when we complained, they said they "reviewed the tapes and all the kids had fun". So basically they are unresponsive claiming over 30+ kids are lying! Kids came out crying and upset that they only got to play for 5 minutes and party was supposed to be 1 hour. They refused to offer any compensation at all, and they were dismissive to our concerns about safety equipment lacking. This is clearly a money making factory- they take your hard earned money and run- never backing up their product or services. I seriously have never seen a business with such poor ethical business practices! Do not go! Find another place unless you want to throw your money away and be disappointed!

Avoid at all costs. I took my son and two friends there tonight. It was a mess. Walk-in's were suppose to start at 3. We didn't get in until 3:30 because the birthday party was running late. They were rushing to get the walk-ins set up because they were under staffed. They charged me 35 dollars extra because they said my son cracked a gun. My complaint was they didn't have enough time or staff to check the guns after the party ended. They told me they would give my son another gun, but they never did. And whille I sat there for three hours there were a couple of other disgruntled customers. A young family were told their boys were too young. The website said 8 and up, but you actually have to be 10. And another woman was having problems with a t- shirt order from a party. It is an extremely mismanaged business.

Awful awful place to hold a party . So disappointed , I feel ripped off . A bag of chips was $7, bottle of soda $4 and 1 slice of pizza per child for $30 a person . What child after playing for 1 hour eats 1 slice of pizza. And no water in the play area for sweating children. The girl at the front desk has no care in the world and the room isn't even available until kids are done playing . I feel like I've been robbed no joke !!!!! Never again
Don't have your party here !!!! Nerf guns are old and barely work and they charge $20 for extra darts meanwhile I never saw them bring extra darts . Kids had to use the darts off the floor .

If any of the guns went down they retrieved another gun right away. They explained to the kids not to pick up the darts that was stepped on. And it made complete sense. Great place. Definitely try.
