We visited the park when we were visiting NH in August. We did the nature walk and climbed to the top of the tower, which has amazing views of the White Mountains including the Presidential Range.

Great views from stop this mountain that you can hike or drive. This is a must see, They ask for donations only so it makes this a cheap and fun activity.

It was free to get in and the fire tower offered a great view. Did not hace the museum tour this time but next time i plan on it. Great place for kids to run and explore.

Great place to walk in all seasons. Additionally a nice drive in summer. The views of the north country of NH and eastern Northeast Kingdom are some of the best in the region.

Accessible by car on the fire road except for winter. The short 45 min hike is easy going and provides 360 great views of Mt Washington and surrounding areas. The pictured fire tower is open to the public except during winter.

It was worth the climb on the single lane road. John Wingate Weeks was a visionary and I enjoyed becoming acquainted with a man I'd never heard of-- who meant so much to our parks system and, I quote "Weeks is best known for his...More
