The bridge was in great condition and showed the quality of workmanship of the long gone past. It was very close to our Bed and Breakfast so we used it often during our stay.

Classic scenic New England, one of may covered bridges in the area. I can't say this one in particular stands out from any of the others, but if you love covered bridges, add this to your list.

One of 6 covered bridges in southern NH area. Thompson Bridge has recently seen the dam which once fueled the energy for the Swanzey Wool Mill. There is a small park to walk up to the bridge. Suitable for all ages at any season.
