A great alternative to summer heat!

Can't think of a better way to beat the heat then lacing up a pair of skates and taking advantage of $5 public skate sessions! Wow! Right in the town square too! We had decent rentals and the kids thought it was 'cool' to skate with shorts and tshirts on! It wasn't that crowded and we stayed to watch a... More

The rink and the arena are great for ice skating. It's located right in Waterville's Town Square, which is convenient. The problem is when you have to rent skates. First, the wait in line to rent the skates seemed to take forever, which is a problem when public skating is only open for 1 hour a day (big mistake in... More

The rink used to have a nice schedule mix with games, leagues and public skate. Management has changed and the new schedule is hockey almost 100% of the time. No more public skate unless you happen to be there during one of their infrequent mid-week free skate sessions.

No snack bar! One Keurig machine with $2.00 pods for sale. There's a lot of shopping in the village but if you leave the rink you'll miss the game!

The crew takes care of the ice and it is a nice cozy arena. The manager who sharpen skates is a dope. He was talking about our coach to the other coaches because our coach was critical of the officiating. The refs let the game get out of hand and that is how kids get hurt. If the manager had... Great little rink. Good dressing room facility for teams. Very well run tournament. Not great for WATCHING the hockey, though . . .no stands/bleachers.

Great rink for the tournament just would have liked to play more games. Unfortunately, there were only 3 teams in our division

I love to skate. There are numerous sessions for public skating every day and the rentals are only $5>

While staying at Black Bear Lodge in Waterville Valley for our first family reunion we all tool some time to go skating. Although I would not call this the most modern ice arena I have been to it provided us all with a lot family fun time. If you have your own skates I do recommend bringing them. The skates... More
