The play was well done. The theater is small enough that there seem to be no bad seats. It took some in the audience time to settle down and late commers dribbled in during the play which in my mind is rude. Acoustics were good...More

What more can I add to these other excellent reviews! The building is as beautiful as it is historic. The directors always ensure that we have a delightful melodrama or delicious mystery or capricious comedy. The traveling actors must work so hard, but it doesn't...More

A comfortable theater that is at its best with a professional company of actors that do extraordinary work. You always come out happy you were there. The cast does a new play nearly every week, and does it well. If you are near Tamworth, put...More

I saw Spamalot and an Agatha Christie play this summer. Both were great. This is a professional summer theatre company that consistently puts on great productions. Going to the Barnstormers every summer is a family tradition that goes back over 20 years for our family.

One wouldn't normally think of Tamworth, NH as a venue for high quality theater, but we were pleasantly surprised by the three-act play we saw there ("My Three Angels" which was adapted into the movie "We're No Angels"). The theater itself is a historical landmark...More

We saw the play : My three angel. The performance was very good, the actors played fantastic in a charming peace. The theater has comfortable and rather new seats. During the two pauses they serve drinks outside. A delightful evening. We already booked seats for...More

We have attended the theatre in Tamworth for many years. The acting is excellent. The facility is charming. In the many years we have been attending we have only been disappointed once. If you ever see the Ghost Train on the menu jump on it....More
