I was in my home town for a high school reunion, so of course I had to check out the local vineyard! It's a beautiful facility, but the wine was so-so. My husband and I ordered a red and white flight to try the wines. The whites were very sweet and the reds seemed fairly young. Food menu looked great, although we didn't order anything. But they do have alpacas!

We arrived here on a very busy Sunday, when an AARP tour was going through.
The wine tasting venue was located on the basement level of the winery building, but there was no handicapped parking available at that level. I had to drop off my companion and nonagenarian mother by the entrance door and try to find parking. Indeed, I found that the handicapped parking was on the upper level of the parking lot, which was worthless because the doors to the upper entrance were locked.
Inside the tasting room it was bedlam. People were being herded through on a tour. There was no place for people to sit at the tasting bar, nor was there any seating for disabled people. When we finally got our turn at the bar, none of the wines we wanted to purchase were being offered in the tasting. And several advertised in the tasting were unavailable because the fellow behind the bar, who was pouring the wines, said he finished both bottles. We did not doubt it--he was visibly impaired. We tasted only a few wine samples, none of which appealed to us.
We did manage to buy one bottle of a Pinot Noir which we were looking for. The cashier took a few minutes to ring this purchase up, and did not give us our change back until she checked the wine rack at least twice where we had selected the bottle. I am still stumped as to what her problem was.
We might come back at a less busy time to check out their other wines. But we certainly left the vineyard with a sour taste in our mouths--it is disability-unfriendly, and the employees, at least on this day, were out of bounds.

My daughter treated me to a trip up to Zorvino Vineyards, courtesy of a Groupon "2 for 1" coupon for a tour, tasting, wine glasses, and $10 credit. The winery tour began with an apology. Our guide had little experience conducting the tours, which consisted of a brief walk through a room filled with stainless steel vats. The tasting room was crowded and chaotic. The Vineyard produces more than 30 varieties of wine / fruit wines. The tastings themselves are complimentary, but only 6-8 are available for tasting on any given day. Of these, we found only one worth a purchase: the Skinny Guinea Pinot Grigio. Other than that, we found ourselves unwilling to take a chance on anything "untested" varietals. Would be willing to give Zorvino's another try, if we happen to be in the area; but would not make the trip from Massachusetts with this destination in mind again.

My wife and I were on Holiday in Boston and were taken to Zorvino Vineyards by an American friend. On arrival we were greeted casually by one of the employees and also by the owner in a very friendly manner and advised that we could walk the vineyards at leisure which we did. After we visited the winery where a huge selection of wine were available for sale at very reasonable prices. A tasting was available of that days selection of wines for a modest fee but we instead decided to buy a bottle and have a drink in the very pleasant courtyard area. Being a hot Day with just two drinking we only drank half a bottle and they advised that they could re-cork it for us to take it with us. The wine was a Malbec and was very good indeed.
We all enjoyed the visit and would highly recommend even for small or non drinkers as there was no entrance fee.

My wife and I are serious wine drinkers. We like owner/winemaker vineyards where the owner/winemaker is serious about his/her wines. This place is more on the commericalized side. We were offered for tasting several fruit style "wines". I'm sure there is a market for these drinks.... Our family shared a bottle of riesling on their patio, which is picturesque and there was a wedding party having their pictures taken, which added to our experience. I would return for a fun, relaxing afternoon, but not for the quality of their wines.

We ended our "Wines of NH Day Trip" here, and are we glad we did! For $5, you got to taste 9 wines with a good amount of pour! They have a pumpkin wine with habanero and scorpion pepper, which was amazing! Not too pumpkiny but also not a lot of heat spice, I really enjoyed it!
The staff was extremely friendly and told us all about the winery. In the warmer months, you are able to buy a bottle of wine and sit outside on their patio and enjoy their hard work. It appeared that there was a number of tables spread throughout so you can have a picnic.

The vineyard is definitely a great New England-esque scene. It was busy inside and there was a group of about 6 that were extremely loud and it made the experience a little annoying. The wine tour is less than 10 minutes. I bought a Zinfandel that tasted much more like a Merlot. We were not able to see the upstairs which I guess is one of the The staff was great, very friendly and upbeat. I think it would have been more enjoyable with less people there. For $15 for two people, I would still recommend checking out this spot. Would be great spot for a wedding.

We parked our bicycles in the lot on a Sunday morning, took a beautiful 25 mile ride and ended up at Zorvino. We had a voucher from Couptopia that was 50% off so it only cost $15. It included a wine tasting for two, two complimentary wine glasses, a tour and $10 off our purchase. However, everyone else that was there without a voucher also got a free tour and a free wine tasting. It was not worth buying the voucher.
That said, the grounds are very nice. Our server Steph? was pleasant and knowledgeable. She also gave us the tour. The red and white wines were OK. The Camerere made from grapes from Chile was the best red. The fruit wines and blends were the biggest surprise. We loved the fortified pumpkin wine, the blackberry/grape wine, the rhubarb/strawberry wine and several others. Neither of us are huge fruit wine fans but these were fun!
We'll be back with friends but no voucher next time.

4 ladies went for a birthday gift. We had a great time, met the owner and we enjoyed the beautiful setting. They let us try 12 wines! I've never been anywhere had that many. We left with cases! Delish - We will go again. Enjoyed it so much

Can you bring a picnic to the vineyard? Is there a place with tables or to put down a blanket?
Written October 9, 2017
Yes! The vineyard is quite lovely and beautifully landscaped so as to be inviting to guests but also to wedding parties. There is a patio with tables and chairs where you can enjoy your Zorvino wine and lunch. Enjoy!
