My wife and I went to the Portsmouth Spa over MLK weekend, as part of celebrating our anniversary. The place is right downtown in a great location and had a good variety of services that they offer at reasonable prices. Our visit included a massage and a facial, and we were each very happy with the service that we experienced. There was some confusion with the booking that we learned about when we arrived, but to say that they went out of their way to correct the mistake would be an understatement. As great as the visit was, their customer service was what we couldn't stop talking about when we left the spa. We're looking forward to our next visit, and we'll be requesting Marni and Stephanie again, as well. Thank you!

Visited the Portsmouth Spa on Saturday for the massage/mani/pedi package which also included lunch. It was SO worth the money!! My best friend and I were able to do this all together-massage doors could be open inbetween our rooms so we could chat if we wanted and the mani/pedis were done side by side. Lunch was delicious with many options available to us. They served us wine which was awesome!!! The girls working there did a fabulous job and were so nice! Would totally go back there or recommend to anyone!!

This is a very nice spa in the heart of downtown. Everywhere there is paid parking but seems to be a lot of parking areas. This spa has stairs so if you have trouble getting up & down it's not the place for you. I had a wonderful massage overall but here's the "but"...during my massage she forgot to do one arm and shoulder and barely massaged my feet :(

This is one of those places locals like to keep secret. On Congress street, hidden in plain sight is this oasis of pampering. I had a lovely facial and emerged very relaxed.

My massage therapist Marni was good. I felt like she worked longer than the hour but she just did such a good job. I would go back to her again.

My husband and I visited the Spa while on vacation. Not only were the prices/packages incredibly reasonable, but they were able to get us in early. Everything was fantastic. Massage for him. Mani/Pedi and a neck massage for me. They were quick without rushing - fast without hurting the service - and the quality is top notch!
We will make this a stop when we are in the area again without a doubt!

Mani and Pedi's are fun and always last!
Massages are amazing... they focus on what your personal needs are- back, shoulders, or even relaxation!
Make up from the aesthetics pros is done so naturally and beautifully!
Observed a couple hair stylists and they did some amazing work!

My friend and I paid a lot of money for a mani/pedi. Hers turned out great. Mine did not. The woman who did my pedicure was very nice, but did a very sloppy job. I got this pedicure 2 days ago and there is still nail polish all over my toenail cuticles and on the skin above my toes. My toenails are rough on the ends with polish missing. I would not recommend this place for a pedicure to anyone.

I made a last minute decision to try and get a pedicure on a Friday night! The spa was able to fit me in last minute with the fabulous Jasmine! She gave me an awesome pedicure and I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with her. The hour long pedicure was so relaxing and she did a great job on my toes ! Highly recommend!

I found a groupon for a haircut and hair treatment for a great deal so I figured I would give t a try. The spa was super cozy and welcoming. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and offered a selection of drinks and there were even cookies on the counter that were delish! I did a big change haircut and love it very much! Can't wait to go back!!
