Took our family of 7 for the day and there is not Enough rafts to Go around so they give one at a time so you wait forever. One of us rented for extra money their own raft which she was not aloud to bring on the ride because it was "too big". No one is monitoring anything so it's... More

The park itself is nice, it could use more staff to keep it cleaner and the service at the eateries could be better. The food at the eateries is extremely over priced. There's little security and as with many of the amusement parks this one has it's share of ethnic groups who seem to go with a half dozen or... More

Very unorganized lines, overcrowded and expensive. Visitors pushing and cutting in front of others to get into park. Bathrooms were disgusting. Unfortunately, the young staff had to spend most of their time babysitting adults who couldn't follow the rules. I woke up with an eye infection the next morning, not sure how they are able to maintain water conditions with... More

This was my first time ever at Water Country. I have heard great things about it and seen the commercials since the 1980s! So my wife and I decided to try it last Saturday. It was 95 degrees and humid. Huge crowds like we expected. We rented a cabana to stay out of the sun and have a place to... More

We all had a great time at Water Country - we ended up spending a whole day (open to almost close of the park). All of the rides were GREAT and the staff was friendly!! The only negative was the cleanliness of some of the bathrooms - the day we were there it seemed like we needed to go to... More

First and last trip to Water Country yesterday. Positives: the rides were fun and the cabana I rented was adequate for the four of us. Negatives: they seem to be severely understaffed and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. I don't know what's wrong with women but why on earth do they make such a mess in the bathrooms? Toilet paper... More

Awesome place for a hot day... Visited on a very hot Saturday. Get there early! Before 9am. Reg parking fee $5, but VIP is $25 which we paid for. Very crowded but plenty of space. Only issue was at lazy river waiting for a floaty, long line and had to literally be aggressive about getting one. Everything else, was fine.... More

The park itself was nice and the rides were fun. Overall our group of 12 had a good time. The food on the other hand was extremely over priced and was disgusting. They didn't have lettuce, tomato or onion to put on the burgers and the chicken sandwich was tough and rubbery. The food venue we went to had staff... More

My sister and I brought our daughters here today for some fun, but sadly, we won't be back. The park itself is large, with many fun attractions for people of all ages and levels of daring. Perhaps the most daring of all would be anyone who dared to use the restrooms. In a part of this size, one would expect... More

The ONLY reason I gave this place 2 stars was because you had the option to buy tickets on your smartphone and have them scan your phone instead of waiting in the dreaded line. There was absolutely no organization to the line to get tickets. And what gives 2 17 year old girls the authority to "check" bags.. I don't... More
