We loved the tour of this house. This house was one of the more interesting houses we have toured. It is right on the water and had lots of different rooms and nooks and crannies. It would of been a great house to grow up in! Our guide was very knowledgeable. The website, though, has the wrong tour times. There... More

The house and gardens were... More

The Lear home is in relatively poor condition but is apparently schedule for reconditioning work sometime in the next few years. The real jewel on this visit is the Wentworth... More

Very clear and interesting accounts of the buildings history during the guided tour. An ideal supplement to Strawberry Banke.
