Very grateful this pearl of a golf course is open to the public. The views are amazing! Also love the restaurant and its deck overlooking the mountains. Highly recommend.

Hiking,Cycling,Sightseeing,Shopping,Boating and Eating are all great things to do while up in the White Mountains of New Hampshire in the Spring...But if you or someone you're with has a set of sticks in the trunk just begging to visit some tracks in the North Country...you gotta visit the North Conway Country Club, nestled right next to the Scenic Railroad Station and next to Schuler Park in the heart of North Conway Village....Sometimes when you visit a semi-private establishment, and you're representing "the public", one doesn't always get the cozy, warm feeling upon entering...whether it be golf staff, club employee, or members themselves....That AIN'T the case here...It was as if I knew every person all my life, and it was a pleasure to visit the pro shop (yes, I bought lots of stuff, as there were deals), the restaurant above (with picturesque views to match the tasty fare), and a very nice practice range (you can take every club, plenty of targets and practice greens, but it's a cart ride over...but don't forget to bring the bug spray)... Best yet, just a very playable course chockfilled on the front with views, smooth rolling greens, and 4 distinct sets of tees...The back nine features larger, undulating greens that seem to be mounded above many fairways...Afternoon tee times during the week seems like the play if you like to hit and go (played thru one group early, and it was smooth sailing till #17). Remembering the back more, as I like to grip it and rip it (plenty of landing area to hit driver, for the most part). As the various North Conway attractions/restaurants to me usually has the rep for maybe being a bit pricey, I've gotta admit the $7.95 chicken parmesan special.... and the $37.50 for greens fees and cart (range balls-$5.00) represented true value to me....Friendly head pro (Larry Gallagher), friendly assistants (or pro shot clerks), friendly waitress...heck, even Stan, the starter was cool (and they're usually always in a bad mood!)...Will visit some other courses to compare, but will definitely come back to this place...Definitely a winner, whether it's eat or play...There's a great view from either venue!

.Went here with a group of 6 guys and were lucky enough to get broken up into 2 threesomes. Right away the ranger started harrassing my group on the 2nd tee. Asked us if we knew how to play hurry up golf, what a jerk. This despite waiting to tee off. We were hounded by him probably 7 or 8 times and being decent golfers in threeso es we were fast enough that we usually Waited for the group in front. The guy even had the nerve to tell us to tee up as both of our groups caught up to the group in front of us on one whole. Beautiful views of the mountains though.

The restaurant here is open to the public. Inside there are lots of tables for seating and the view is wonderful, overlooking one of the tees, and in the distance, you can see Cathedral Ledge.

Breakfast and lunch are very reasonably priced, the menu has something for everything and best of all, the food is very good! We usually visit here at least once during a week long stay in the area.

I live about 15 minutes away from this place and I would go here every day if I could.

The staff at this country club is so helpful with whatever you need and they do their very best to make sure that you have a great and relaxing experience while there.

One time, I forgot to bring my tees and the cashier was happy to give me a few free tees for the day. It’s stuff like this that separate the good country clubs from the great ones.

NCCC is a sentimental favorite for me and the course is just so beautiful. The setting in the middle of Mount Washington Valley is memorable, and the course layout is fair and offers plenty of challenge. Unfortuntately the greens had bear patches and that detracted from the round. But I would come back in a second to play it again just for the views.

Some golf courses are up long winding roads, only to be found off the beaten path...Some others stick out like a sore thumb as wayward shots spray either parked cars, nearby residences or moving traffic just off the course.....NCCC has interesting appeal as it's right in the heart of the village center, yet it's nestled in the valley with the Saco River, various Ledges, and the Cranmore Mountain as backround views if one loses focus on what's a pretty fair test from tee to green....Doesn't play tight, but not a course to shortside yourself on, as there' undulation and pace present on the property....Fabulous staff that focuses on hospitality, but also quite organized/efficient as they do VOLUME....Nice range, and very nice restaurant/bar with an outdoor deck for views and fare to choose.....I gotta say, an early morning round is the way to go, as it beat's NCCC's traffic that comes later in the day, and the early bird special is a value....Liked this place so much, I became a first year member!...Now looking sharp as the Pro Shop gear's sharp....Only downer is the flies in May/June that lurk if there';s not a cool breeze present..Come prepared for them, and come prepared to ave a great time at NCCC.

Great Golf Course with fabulous views of Mt. Cranmore. First tee just in front of the Conway Scenic Railroad. Wait until the train goes by before teeing off. New Pro Kevin Walker is a great ahold teacher and there is a driving range.

This is a somewhat old fashioned course right in the center of town behind the railway station. Nice scenery, well taken care of, and quite challenging. While in a mountainous region, the course is relatively flat with some elevated green and feature to add spice to the round. They have a nice pro shop and pleasant helpful staff. They have a very nice bar/ restaurant over looking the course with a view of Whitehorse Ledge. I'd love to play it again!

surprised to find this course right in the middle of town. We enjoyed playing...especially when the sun was shining...but for october it was relatively warm, inthe 60s. Nice people...pro shop helpfull. Easy courseto navigate, well labelled...not a lot of trouble, but good yardage.
