Greeted by a friendly manager who charged us only $75 for family of 4 mid-week, about 5 hours with a break at rope swing (around mile 6.) He explained land marks and gave us an accurate map. We purchased a $10 waterprrof pouch for cell phone to take photos. The beginning is a bit tricky, but our kids caught on... More

We went with a party of six. One of our party missed the sign at the three mile mark, so my son and I chased her down to the end of the trail. The company handled the mishap with compassion and very professionally. Want to try a tube next time.

The water level was low in the Saco river which was due to not enough rain in the area; as 1st time kayakers we were not so great at maneuvering our double kayak and so we hit bottom quite a fee times and had to get out and push off again; shuttle service was very reliable no wait time and... First time for us renting canoes from Northern Extremes. We had a great day. Friendly staff, and a great segment of the Saco. The person at the desk explained the whole route in great detail which was helpful. We stopped at a few beach areas along the route with excellent views.

Today, I experienced snowmobiling for the first time, and let me tell you, the thrill is even better then skiing. I was so happy that we decided to go snowmobiling instead <3 The scenery was worth a million words, and my tour guide, Chris, was very knowledge, friendly, and adapted to the riders:-) will definitely be returning<3 <3 thanks Chris... Had a great time in a 2 hour snowmobile tour up the mountain. Our guide, Beech, was excellent! I was impressed at how good he was at keeping the group together while allowing everyone to have fun despite our different experience levels. I definitely recommend this while visiting North Conway.

Whilst travelling in New England we took the opportunity for an overnight stay in North Conway. We decided to go canoeing for the afternoon on the Saco river. Our motel told us about this place so we turned up at lunchtime. We spoke to a lady who talked us through our options giving us loads of helpful advice. They then... More

We had a perfect day for our canoe trip down the Saco! What a wonderful time spent with family and friends, they had both canoes and kayaks so fun for everyone. I only wish they had given us a little more information on what we would encounter on our journey!

1st time in North Conway and was looking forward to kayaking with my fiancé for our anniversary. Started off in great spirits, but were quickly deflated by being greeted by a grumpy old woman. She wouldn't crack a smile even if her life depended on it. She proceeded to just give us the total balance due and go out back... More

We had a great day tubing down the Saco with our 6 and 8 year old. My 6 year old had a tube that was like a small raft (no opening) which was perfect for her. Unfortunately, the river was low, so we did a lot of paddling ourselves and dragging the kids behind. But it was still a very... More
