A Relaxing and Scenic Train Ride

Paid $40 for my wife, son and I for what amounted to a 1hr45min ride through the woods. There were a few views of some rocky rivers beds that were nice but id say 90% of it was just through the woods. In my opinion 20 bucks a person is way too steep.

I really, honestly hate to write negative reviews but I have to make an exception here. We paid $20 apiece for an hour-long train ride in the FOREST with an occasional glimpse of a rocky stream. The train goes five miles south of Lincoln then comes back. For an additional $12 (which we declined) you can get a box lunch... More

Dont let the brochures fool you. All these Railway rides are in the woods. Nice pleasant trip with a couple views to interest you, but mostly trees. Would still recomend any one of these NH train rides.-once-

It didn't show on the website that last train of the day leaves at 1pm. We got there at 1:30. 😟. It would have been a relaxing way to spend the afternoon after lots of rock climbing

We had a relaxing train ride, that lasted an hour and twenty minutes. The halfway point is in the middle of a golf course and then you go back to where you started on the same rail. We went during the week and the Hobo clown was on the train. He is really talented, making all sorts of different balloon... More

This is a nice attraction. There is a park and putt-putt golf. The train ride was $17 for adults. It was an hour and 20 minutes long. You ride out and return on the same rail, but you do see some nice scenery, plus you pass by a "station" of the Underground Railroad. You are able to purchase a hobo... More

My son was really excited to ride on the train, it was okay. There was some nice scenery on the way. But kind of disappointing that you ride out on the same rail and return on the same section of rail, so you see the same bit of dense forest. My son still enjoyed it and that was all that... More

We have been on the rail and mini golf several times of the last 10 years. The kids love riding on the train and look forward to a snack of ice cream while on the way back to the station. The round trip is about 80 minutes and the views are very nice. A few bridges of the river and... More
