The park was fun, clean, good food, and refreshing. The gift shop had some very good sales on top-line merchandise. The lifeguards were professional as were the rest of the staff. It was a top memorable summer day. Go if you get the chance!

Amazing experience! Barely and lines on a full day! Staff was great about sanitizing tunes in between guests. Exceeded our expectations, we passed on the information to everyone at our hotel!!

Say that they are limiting ppl because of covid. That is a LIE. Parking lot completely full. Lines for slides outrageous. Sign saying 50 person limit in wave pool is not enforced. 80+ People in there mid day on a Wednesday when we went. Cannot even imagine a weekend. Dishonest,

Thank you for your feedback. It is unfortunate that your experience at The Whale's Tale did not meet or exceed your expectations. I can assure we are doing everything we can to create a safe and enjoyable experience for our staff and guests. We are limited to 25% of our capacity (700 people) by the Governor. On Wednesday we were sold out. Whether it is a weekend or midweek, when we reach the 700 capacity, we do not sell more tickets. We were enforcing the wave pool limit of 50 people by limiting the number of tubes available. I have spoken with the lifeguards and asked that they restrict access for people who do not have tubes when the pool is exceeding the 50 person limit. Several people have also commented on the parking lot this year; however, what people typically don't realize is that in a normal year we would have bus loads of guests in our park. While the parking lot may look full, that does not reflect the capacity in the park. With 17 acres of open green spaces there is plenty of room for guests to spread out and enjoy. Our families and friends work at and/or visit The Whale's Tale. We need everyone to be safe. We have implemented processes to do our best to help and we also encourage our customers to follow the guidelines and maintain social distancing. That said, we understand people have different degrees of comfort in public places as a result of COVID 19. For that reason, if a guest goes to the gift shop within an hour of their arrival we will make it right with our satisfaction guarantee. With a shortened season, limited staff, and the ever present threat of COVID-19, it is a challenging season for everyone. We trust when you return to The Whale's Tale Waterpark after the pandemic is over, you will have the quality experience that has earned us the title of New England's Favorite Waterpark.
