Muddy Paw Sled Dog Kennel is the premier dog sled touring operator in New England. We offer year round dog sledding adventures that range from 2 - 50 miles (including overnights). All of our dog sledding experiences are designed to be hands on to the comfort level of the guests. Participants ages 2 and up are given the opportunity to meet and greet our rescue and second chance sled dogs, help harness and hitch their team and even help drive the sled (at musher discretion for guests and dog safety of course)! As always, the proceeds generated from our kennel based tours go directly to covering the expenses involved in taking in these incredible canine athletes and providing them with a home and job for life.

We went today...two adults and two kids (13 and 9) the staff was amazing...told us back stories on all the dogs, let the kids give them treats and lots of love and pets and kisses. The dogs are clearly well loved and cared for and really LOVE getting to get picked to go on a run. They took us early... More

I was so excited to learn about Muddy Paw kennel and the opportunity to try dogsledding during the fall. My 2 hour experience was absolutely amazing! My musher Brie is so knowledgable and has such love for the animals she works with. I was happy to meet the dogs who are all beautiful and really excited to be greeted. I... More

My boyfriend and I went here for a fall tour (we chose the 2 hour tour) and it was awesome. We had almost an hour to learn about the dogs, and meet and get to know almost all of them. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable, the kennels are very clean and the dogs are so sweet and happy.... More

We are a family of four, mom/dad and two tween sons. This adventure warmed our hearts immediately, we love dogs, especially dogs in need. Our hands on experience ranged from meeting all the dogs and hearing about their stories, then harnessing the dogs to the dog cart, then my younger son actually driving the cart ( w supervision). Both mushers,... More

We did a dog sled tour it was myself, my husband, sister, and brother in law. We were doing a short weekend stay in the area because we were so excited to do this but live 2.5 hours away. We are all dog lovers and have owr own pups at home so this was right in our wheel house. We... More

For summer dogsledding, you have to watch the weather carefully. We were right on the border of being able to go out, but the temperature stayed just below the max of 70 for our morning visit. Our family of five was introduced to the mushers, Wes and Bree, and we helped hitch the dogs for our ride. The family had... More

We planned our trip as a surprise for our daughter's 13th birthday. She has been obsessed with sled dogs as far back as 3 years old and we were so thrilled to find Muddy Paws. Emma was great at responding quickly to our e-mail questions and concerns, and was so happy to be able to be part of the surprise.... More

I bought this for a surprise birthday gift for my husband & it was a big hit!! We are both dog lovers & I thought it sounded like such a fun experience. When we got there we met the owner Neil & our musher Wes who introduced us to the dogs. We weren’t sure what to expect but it was... More

I took my wife and two children to muddy paw for a march rolling dogsled ride. It was awesome! Wes showed us around as we met most of their 121 sled dogs. The dogs were surprisingly friendly. Wes hitched up 12 of the dogs to a rolling sleep and off we went on our sleigh ride. When we got back... More
