Muddy Paw Sled Dog Kennel is the premier dog sled touring operator in New England. We offer year round dog sledding adventures that range from 2 - 50 miles (including overnights). All of our dog sledding experiences are designed to be hands on to the comfort level of the guests. Participants ages 2 and up are given the opportunity to meet and greet our rescue and second chance sled dogs, help harness and hitch their team and even help drive the sled (at musher discretion for guests and dog safety of course)! As always, the proceeds generated from our kennel based tours go directly to covering the expenses involved in taking in these incredible canine athletes and providing them with a home and job for life.

My dog sledding dream became a reality today. I was mesmerized by the dogs and was brought to tears numerous times....the pac of 7 were so close knit.... watching them run together with all their might and joy! Skyper, was our lead dog, fearless and calm, the other dogs followed as co-leads, Blue, Crispy and Pickles. I forget the other... More

Dreams really do come true!! This was our family Christmas gift . What a great time gotta love dogs to experience the entire experience . Got to interact with the dogs which was great. Reminds me of the movie 8 Below. Wes and Neil were great mushers. They explained everything so we got a great history of the dogs such... More

Bucket list! Have to do it some more. Our musher, Beau, included his own dog in the string. Very experienced, calm and confident. Shared the whole process from choosing the team, hitching them up, and holding it all down until you climb in and go! Loved watching the dogs both in harness and in the yard. The rescue aspect of... Our family of 6 was looking for a fun and unique activity, and Muddy Paws didn't disappoint! Our mushers, Brie, Beau, and Wes, were fun and informative. We got to know the dogs and participate in setting-up the teams. Dress warmly and in clothes that you don't mind getting dirty. Highly recommended for families of all ages!

Roughly 100 well-treated dogs eagerly greeted us as we arrived. Our knowledgable and friendly musher / guide, Brie, introduced to pretty much every dog and took us out on a wonderful 5 mile loop. She answered all our questions and put a smile on our faces.

Brie and Wes, the owners, were incredible! Their passion and dedication to caring for the dogs was inspiring. And of course the dogs themselves were wonderful! At first I felt a little bad for them, naively thinking that they may not like the sledding... Boy was I wrong! As soon as the staff pulled out the gear, the dogs became... More

We went today...two adults and two kids (13 and 9) the staff was amazing...told us back stories on all the dogs, let the kids give them treats and lots of love and pets and kisses. The dogs are clearly well loved and cared for and really LOVE getting to get picked to go on a run. They took us early... More

My boyfriend and I went here for a fall tour (we chose the 2 hour tour) and it was awesome. We had almost an hour to learn about the dogs, and meet and get to know almost all of them. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable, the kennels are very clean and the dogs are so sweet and happy.... More

We are a family of four, mom/dad and two tween sons. This adventure warmed our hearts immediately, we love dogs, especially dogs in need. Our hands on experience ranged from meeting all the dogs and hearing about their stories, then harnessing the dogs to the dog cart, then my younger son actually driving the cart ( w supervision). Both mushers,... More
