Well your results will be weather dependent for sure. Skipping the 2000' "up" part is pretty cool though some purists would turn up their nose in disgust because you "cheated"! So here's the deal: The descent is via a gravel service road that is almost totally exposed to the sun so higher temps might be uncomfortable. It can be rather... More

I love this mountain for skiing and hiking. I've been skiing here my whole life and have always liked it more than the other resorts in the area because it's a little rougher around the edges. Trails are challenging, but you can also find some good beginner trails. In the summer, there are tons of places to hike and explore.... More

My husband and 8 year old son came up with me on a sunday. It was a beautiful day. We wanted to do the zip line. While waiting for the attraction to open we were told about a wonderful little hike to a waterfall. It was right there and was a mile in and a mile out. It was a... More

I had been to the top of Wildcat via the gondolas 45 years ago with my family. I decided it was time for another visit! The view is fabulous, the workers all very nice, I could have stayed up top for hours just enjoying the view but I had to get back to the real world. maybe next time I'll... More

We came here to try the zip line. We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff and went on our way. We had a relaxing ride up the mountain on the ski lift and then ventured over to the zip line area. we were greeted again by more friendly staff and then strapped in. We were then released to fly... We were booked to eat at the Wildcat in June and arrived to a warm welcome and were invited to eat in our outside. As it was a lovely June day we choose outside. Good menu of choices to suit us all.

We landed at this mountain, as it was one of only a few still open, due to the warm weather. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our 8 year old went into the "Lions Den" ski school, and had the best time! Rob made learning a lot of fun!!. So much so, she wanted to go back again and... More

I haven't skied in over 20 years and my husband and 7yo and 5yo have never skied. This mountain was definitely a bit steeper than the Pocono Mountains of my youth, but the staff is incredible. Hannah took care of me from the moment I called to reserve ski school to our last day, when we bought some trinkets to... More
