We had a wonderful day cross country skiing in Jackson. The trails are good, the area is beautiful and the ski lodge was pleasant. My teen who prefers downhill also had a good time. It was easy to get to and find. The rental equipment was good. I look forward to going back.

Helpful rental staff, took their time with you. Trail markings could have been clearer otherwise great scenery even if crowded on a holiday weekend. We've skied their competitor Great Glen and those trails are better: more wooded..

Lots of well groomed trails for every ability. Best to get there as early as possible to avoid lines especially if you are renting.

In January we triple checked their website to ensure that some of the snowshoe trails from the central area were pet friendly (as of 2/20/17 they are still showing Covered Bridge, Kissing Bridge & Grays Inn cut off as pet friendly) before loading up the car with our snowshoes and dog. So we were very surprised when we went to... More

My husband and I had our first experience of cross country skiiing here and had a great time. Connie was patient and explained what to do really well and the wonderfully groomed trails then allowed us to do some exploring alone. We also took part in the nature snow shoe tour which again, was great. The slow pace allowed you... More

Really enjoyed the large, extensive network of cross country ski trails in Jackson once we found our way to right trail. I would recommend more signs when leaving the ski center to locate the trail system you are seeking. The large, open field loops around outside the ski center but did not see any signs indicating which direction for each... More

Now I know what they do with golf courses in the winter! Trails were awesome, our instructor was patient and taught us a lot. Being our first time doing XC, at no point did we feel uncomfortable or out of place. Nice staff, all very helpful and an easy process.

we used to do the Ellis River trail to Dana Place Inn, over 20 years ago. While Dana Place has closed, this trail is still excellent and well-maintained, and offer about 15 km roundtrip of easy to intermediate skiing.

My first time cross country skiing. The lesson was wonderful and after about an hour the instructor set us free on the trails. A nice option, much cheaper than down hill. It was so wonderful to get outside for the day in the middle of winter!
