Hampton Beach was the classic beach of the 70's and 80's and 90's and remains that way today. The beauty of the strip at Hampton ? No corporate takeover. Still small family owned businesses and hotels and restaurants. It's a classic beach.

Beautiful, clean beach with relaxing atmosphere. Also, perfect for those who enjoy exercising outdoors. I live about 30 miles away and must say it's my favorite spot to go alone or accompanied. There's something for the entire family. Fine dinning, fast food, beach supply & jewelry stores, arcades. Lots of fun!

We always stop at this beach a day on the way to our destination beach in York Maine. The day we stopped it was a cold and rainy day so I apologize for the photos. It’s an enjoyable beach with lots of shops and restaurants. This is a nice beach if you are looking for a busy place with night... More

I visited the 4th of July weekend. It was a great boardwalk especially with all the old arcades. I didn't eat there but it had a lot of good looking restaurants. It's very kid friendly.

The state of NH has done wonders for this area in the last few years. The beach and sand have always been excellent. New bath houses, outdoor showers and buildings along the board walk have helped to make it a more delightful area now. You can walk far along the very wide beach, and the water is always clean. The... More

This beach has improved greatly in the last five years. Many of the old run down buildings have been torn down and replaced. There are plenty of restaurants great for breakfast, lunch and dinner or drinks and apps. There are also plenty of "boardwalk style" shops and fast food spots. And the amphatheater, run by the Chamber of Commerce, offers... More

On Monday morning June 20, 2016 Louis and I went to Hampton Beach New Hampshire. This was our third attempt to go there. It is a beautiful beach, master sand sculpting the weekend of June 16th, 17th, and 18th. We tried to go at other times, but it was impossible to get in there. The traffic on the weekend is... More

When I moved to the area 36 years ago the place was a safe for families during the day and at night it was not the case. The town and beach was tired, dirty and honkytong looking. Today 2016, it's one of the best beaches in New England and safe for families at anytime. Cleanest bathrooms on the east coast.... More
