My husband and I have been to this venue a few times to see various artists perform. I must say we have enjoyed all the performances. Unfortunately since the floor seating is all on the same level if the other attendees decide to stand for the entire performance you have to stand as well if you want to SEE the performers. The most recent event we attended required proof of vaccination or recent testing for Covid. Yes we had to show the “vaccine card” but not proof of ID. A quick glance of the card by staff and that was it. Once in the venue no masks were required and rarely seen. If you are Covid cautious please review the attendance requirements before attending an event here.

Great venue with plenty of seating and reasonably priced. Huge side ceiling fans created a MAJOR breeze that made waiting for the venue to fill freezing! I was cold throughout the show. If I wanted to go again unless I could get the very center seats I would pass due to the fans.

As locals, we love to see shows at the casino. It is convenient to park, there is not a bad seat in the house, and drinks are reasonably priced. We try to see two or three shows a year as they will typically have repeat shows that we like. General admission option is fun to for a good dance show.
Love it.

We saw Blues Traveler at the Casino Ballroom Saturday night and it was a really neat place to see a show! General admission seating with lots of little places to sit for a drink (get there early to find a place to sit). It has a historical vibe with some original features and it's cool to see the plaques and banners commemorating the greats who have played here like The Doors. Only con: DO NOT EAT THE FOOD! This is the worst food I have ever eaten at any convert venue. I threw away my nachos and my husband begrudgingly ate his pizza which was essentially a slice of stale bread with a light coating of cheese. There are plenty of places to eat. Eat beforehand.

Girls' night out at a Pat Benatar concert (who doesn't disappoint regardless of the venue!). We thought we could kill some time before the show in the casino but guess what? There's no casino! Had to freeze having drinks at an outdoor bar instead. Also, hand on to your shoes so they don't come off when they stick to the floor - gross.

Have been here many times over the years for concerts. Have bought the best seats tx, mid-range seat tx, and this last time we tried general admission tx, standing room only. The venue is small enough that the gen adm tx were absolutely fine. There are comfortable stools in the back of the venue to sit on with a ledge to support your back and drinks/food.

We went and saw Tesla- AMAZING! Excellent venue for a concert. Very intimate setting with a good view from almost anywhere in the room. Drinks reasonably priced. Will most definitely be back for another show!!!

To see a favorite act at the Casino Ballroom is not a bad thing. Try to get tickets early as the sightlines in this place are brutal and you want to be in the main section as the AC is non-existant. I would definately go back but really try to get tix as they go on sale.

My wife and I visited the casino ballroom for the first time last night to watch a music concert headlining Billy Currington. The open forum theatre has plenty of parking within a 1 block radius. About $10 for parking. Average ticket prices go for around $50 and up depending on artist. The entrance to the theatre is on Ocean Blvd across from the beach. The theatre is actually upstairs. Typical low security with metal detector wands. The theatre is a giant open venue with the stage situated in the center North wall area. I believe there were 6 total bars serving drinks and seating against the walls. The venue is small and holds about 2000 people. Most concerts are general admission with no seating on the floor, so be prepared to stand for 3 or 4 hours. If you get to the venue about 1-1/2 hours early you might get a seat. They do have some seated concerts, with folding chairs on the floor, so be aware when purchasing tickets. Typical shoving and pushing with general admission concerts. The venue has hosted a tremendous amount of talent over the years including Led Zeppelin, Janis Joplin, jethro Tull, Jimmy Hendrix, Jerry Seinfeld, George Carlin...the list goes on and on. The venue has that old school wooden floors and a sense of music history about it. We really enjoyed this place and look forward to many more great concerts here.
