We went on the half day kayak tour and it was really fantastic. Our guide, Clark, was wonderful - knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant, extremely capable. The kayaking went at a very pleasant pace and the river is beautiful and peaceful. While we didn't see much wildlife on this trip, would definitely go back and experience this beautiful place again with such nice people.

Ben gave my friend Emily and I great instructions! Kind, supportive and knowledgeable-all you would want in a coach! Nate was an important part of a great sales team when I bought my first equipment!

From the moment we walked in, the experience was incredible! Friendly staff, great gift shop, and even a small Cafe with snacks. Our tour guide, Ron, was awesome. Very entertaining and incredibly knowledgeable. After the tour we did snow tubing which was lots of fun. We will be back!

My snowcoach experience was outstanding! We got a taste of Mt. Washington's wild winter weather both from the warmth and comfort of the snowcoach and from a brief walkabout at 4200' with the wind raging and the snow blowing. It was awesome! Plus, our guide Matt was a wealth of knowledge that he shared with enthusiasm and in a way that we could easily understand. Fun, educational and unique. I highly recommend this amazing experience.

This was our third trip to Great Glen. We went twice for biking over the summer and then were invited by friends for a day of xc skiing. We are beginner xc skiers so opted for a lesson before joining our friends. From checking in, getting sized, to the lesson, the staff was warm, welcoming and ready to assist. The lesson was just what we needed to make us comfortable on the skis and trails. The trails were in fantastic condition despite the slow start to the winter season here in the northeast. We are excited to go back and are looking forward what is hopefully a long season.

We went up the Mt. Washington auto road on 1/17/24 and had a great experience. The guide Marc was so knowledgeable and entertaining. We learned some remarkable facts about the area and had a great time. It was definitely worth the money spent

We had an amazing winter tour up the Mount Washington Auto road in The Snowcoach. The weather was very cold (under 10 degrees) but the coach was warm and cozy. You do have time at the top part to get out and explore for a bit. Blue skies with spectacular views of the snow covered Presidential range. Our driver Pete was chatty, knowledgeable and had some fun anecdotes. We were lucky that we had such a clear day. Highly recommend.

Been coming for many years. They have a nice lodge, good lessons, and due to their location usually some of the best snow around. The trails are nice and wide as well. Prices are all reasonable. You can eat in their hotel that is on the trails, though I wish they had a faster cafe option in the lodge (but they do have an area in their lodge you can eat your own lunch you bring yourself).

What a great way to see Mt. Washington and its surrounds! We have ascended Washington a number of times, but not by snow coach in January. The trip did not disappoint! Bruce is a wealth of knowledge and a friendly guide. Kim and I agree: this trip is worth repeating!

This is a great trip for all ages, especially if you can grab a sunny day. Set aside all your doubts about being cold, being in danger, or not being able to get in a snowcat vehicle. It’s all taken care of and the guides are skilled a knowledgeable.
