We stayed in a king suite with balcony at the average rate of $500/night. Very disappointing. Missing wall and light fixtures, dirty bathroom accessories, broken lock on balcony door that took multiple phone calls, a visit to the front desk and a night of wedging furniture in the door to secure it before it was fixed. As an added bonus, one box of kleenex in the suite with exactly one kleenex in it. The maintenance guy who came to look at the lock informed us that the lock "was screwed" then proceeded to tell us "he couldn't" give us anything like a broomstick to wedge in the door, he had no other suggestions for a fix, and didn't know who could give us any suggestions. Two calls to guest services went unanswered. When we visited the front desk in the morning they refunded one day of our $25 resort fee. Really, HR, $500/night for a 1 star experience? We won't return and won't recommend.

No hotel room amenities.(mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, disposable cups etc) I am glad I downgraded from a spa suite ($499/night) to a Lakeview room($199/night). And even then, the only 2 good things about our room was the balcony and the bed. My wife thought it was too soft, however I like a softer bed. I had to call and have 4 more pillows brought to my room. Also had an ironing board, but no iron.
Since there was no fridge, I had to use the ice bucket and 1 of the extra garbage cans in the room filled with Ice and put my drinks in those. They want to charge $4 for a bottle of water, but not have a fridge to put them in to keep them cold.
The bedside lamps barely worked and the desk lamp did not work at all. The light as you enter the room and the balcony light did not work.
I also think the battery for the door lock was dead because I had to swipe my card over it 3-4 times before it would unlock.
We were gonna go to the Alpine restaurant at 11 a.m. for breakfast, stood at the front waiting to be seated for like 5 minutes. There were others that were either seated and eating or had just been seated. (Maybe 4 tables total)
3 guys were there just staring at us and didn't say a word. Not even "be with you shortly" or "be right with you" We said screw it and went to McDonald's

I will not recommend this hotel to anyone nor will I be back in the future.

We stayed at the Hard Rock Sat night, the place is run down, I understand there is covid but no amenities in the room, no water, plastic cups, coffee, there were 4 of us 1 bar of soap and 2 towels. It smelled like smoke because there is smoking in the casino, they should have a non smoking part of the hotel. It was over priced for our stay at 350.00. We ate at the hotel restaurant, Park Prime it was over priced and the food was terrible, we ordered a burger and nachos, the nachos had crumbled chips and some processed cheese. I thought since this was the Hard Rock it would have been like the other locations, it certainly was disappointing..

We did not stay here. After last stay and our room was a disaster we opted to stay elsewhere. Thank goodness for that as our friends stayed there and it was a disaster for them. A total dive room. I couldn’t believe it when they showed us it. Falling apart. However my husband likes to play pai gow there. What a joke. The dealer was so rude. And a smart ass. When we told the pit boss she acted like she totally was disinterested. The Asian dealer should be fired for treating customers with the disrespect he did. One player was so mad I thought he was going to deck him. This casino better figure it out. Use to be clean and fun. Dealers were great. None of us nor most people at that table will be back.

Check in was easy. We had a fabulous view. But we tried to get extra blankets three times from housekeeping and that never happened they said they didn’t have any. At 12:30 in the night we called the front desk because the air-conditioning was blowing heat and it was 82° in our room and we were told the air-conditioning doesn’t work when the temperature outside drops below 45°. So We tried to get a fan because the air-conditioning doesn’t work and they said they were out of them. They told us to open the window which we have three small children with us on the ninth floor I don’t think it’s very safe, and no screen on the window. Then the light shined in at 6am Because we cant shut the drapes with the window open so no sleep after 6 AM. Pool is not heated so makes sure it’s a hot day out. Elevator shook one time on us, scared the kids. Casino gambling was so hot it was unbearable.

Disgusting. This may be the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We have 3 rooms, all of them terrible. We had no hot water for 2 days. The heater system is completely jacked. Our phone is broken. And to top it all off the staff is incredibly rude and incompetent. It was really cool seeing a random guy get handcuffed and arrested at 3 pm in the afternoon. Steve at the front desk gave me a snarky attitude and and said "so what, people get arrested here all the time." Wow. Lovely. But also, very believable.People screaming all hours of the night. Doors slamming, paper thin walls, incredibly dingy rooms, terrible drinks. The staff would not even help us get transportation from the airport. This list can go on and on... just trust me DO NOT STAY HERE!!

What a disappointment. Hard to believe that Hard Rock lends it's name to this place. It was dirty. There were no services. There is no store to buy food other than a dirty cafe that was hard to get seating in as they always seemed to be changing shifts and your wait time was always 30 minutes or more even if there were plenty of tables. The room has no drawers to put anything. We were there for a 5 day stay and wanted to unpack. There are no amenities. There was no house keeping. We had to ask for towels and wash cloths daily. They never picked up our used towel pile. We had to call to get the trash taken out every other day. The shower would not stay at temperature, so you were either freezing or frying. I could go on but why? You get the picture. It was just plain dirty and service was awful.

We stayed in this hotel in June. I paid $500 for the room with the lake view, so I expected a good quality 4* hotel with good level of service. Receptionist was rude. Our room was not ready when we arrived, though we came after 4pm. The hotel room was very old. The beds were very small for queen size beds, the mattresses were of terrible quality. The gave us 2 towels for three people. Even the lake view was not there - you could not see the lake from our room. Overall, this was a cheap motel quality stay. If you are looking for a good hotel, go somewhere else. Last year I stayed at Montbleu across the road. Their rooms were much much nicer, though they charged half the price. Never again I will come to Hard Rock Cafe.

Upon arrival, we parked near the Valet area where cars idle to check in. Walked through the double doors, while my family waited in the car, to the front desk and was immediately met with the assaulting smell of vomit. Noticed 2 large (presumably puke) stains on the carpet. It made me want to puke myself.

Checked in around 5 and the front desk told me that the AC was centrally controlled. I asked for a fan to be delivered to my room since we all sleep warm. By 7:30 it hadn’t arrived. After our show, I rechecked with the front desk @ 10:30 to see if the fan had arrived- it hadn’t. She said she would call housekeeping. After 10 minutes, I tried from the room also and stayed on hold for 30 min to no avail. Waited up late for a fan that never arrived.

Bathroom had mold and a poorly patched hole in the ceiling. There was some kind of pill/medication found (by my kid) on the floor. There were only 2 towels for my family of 4 (2 queen beds). Toilet seat was detaching from the bowl. Only 2 pillows per bed.
Furniture was old, cheap and scratched/beat up. Non smoking room smelled like stale smoke. I had requested a room away from the elevator and it was literally the second closest room to the elevator. Kept getting kicked off the Wifi.

The nicest part was the view- but definitely not worth what we paid. All this for a $600 bill?! I’m sick that we paid so much for such a poor quality experience. Complete and total rip off. Stay away!!! I wish that I had read these poor reviews prior to my 2 day cancellation window. Believe them, heed the warnings & save your money and avoid this place at all costs!

Multiple issues:
1. No hot water in South Tower - Avoid.
I called the desk, and they said they would send up maintenance...please I'm trying to shower and go. Ask for another room and same problem. I'm summarizing with 2 data points hot water is a problem in the south tower.

2. A lot of service and maintenance people standing around on the 9th floor. Looked more like a party than people working. None of my business.

3. Gun fight in the bar the evening I was there....then areas closed. Most casinos have a lot of camera's and security and frankly the security center is in eye view of the incident. Totally unpleasant.

4. Food availability in the evening is sparse. Not that it's that good, but common at least few pop-ups would do the trick.

5. I really just came for concert which was cancelled late, so no refund available or any alternative to substitution. But it gave me a chance to really look the place over, otherwise I would have been in and out.

6. Not sure why I gave it a 2. Probably a negative number with "no hot water". Not to mention the shooting. Ugh.

7. And of course the add on fees after you book the hotel. At least they could call it out before you book. Estimated total cost would be appropriate.
