This is my go to place. Always know will be well taken care of. Pick your price range. Executive suites are done adequately enough without breaking the bank. Economy rooms are available and have basic necessities. A slight disappointment, not all rooms have refrigerators and not all floors have working ice makers down the hall. I feel refrigerators should be... More

I made the last minute reservation and got the room at a reasonable rate. Check in was easy, we were pleased that the room was big and quiet. It was outdated but that didn't bother us. Everything was okay until I took a shower and ready for bed. I couldn't turn the knob to turn the shower off. It got... More

We had a New Keurig coffee machine which wouldn't work. They replace with one of their old drip styles but left no coffee for it. Tub was filthy. Nite on the tub said do not use, wet caulking. REALLY!!! Offered to move us & we said yes but after waiting an hour they made no attempt to move us. This... More

The Oyster Bar is the best in the area. Shrimp and Crab Pan Roast, is our favorite. The Buffet is also delicious,

I go to this hotel at least 4 times a year to play $100,000.00 Bingo blowout.. I love it. I look forward to spending at least 3 days there and have never had any problems . Check it out, you will love it... I always win in the casino!

My friend and I booked this hotel last minute when we arrived in Reno. Very affordable hotel! The room we stayed in was a bit outdated and did not have a microwave or refrigerator. There was plenty to do at the hotel, and we could get anywhere in Reno within 10 minutes or so. Staff was friendly. It was a... More

My husband and I stayed at multiple casinos on our get away and this has been the worst! The only perk was having an indoor pool. Through our stay we were in the line to check in for an hour, watched multiple staff badmouth other customers, watched our waitress literally laughed at my husband for ordering a beer not sure... Nevada casinos are smoky and that makes it difficult to enjoy the restaurants and casinos Except the Peppermill has a non smoking section (small) and non smoking restaurant.
