A delightfully, relaxing visit. We are in the area for business and my husband booked a massage for us. Can’t even begin to describe how over the top the experience was from beginning to end! The Jellyfish Room was incredibly relaxing. Perfect way to end up the day

Just what I needed
Solo
After being on the road for 2 weeks I needed some relaxation! I wanted a massage and facial, so I called them I they set me up with a package that included a foot soak.
This spa is so nice, the minute you walk in it smells divine and looks serene. They escort you to the changing area and advise you to go to the lounge once changed. For once they had robes big enough for my fatty self to comfortably use, no flashing!
The robe was comfy and immediately I felt myself unwinding. I waited in the lounge with some spa water. Soon I was greeted with a foot soak, a large bowl with pebbles and warm coconut water. After soaking for about 15 minutes my massage therapist, Patrick, greeted me while drying my feet off and slipping them into the provided slippers.
The massage was outstanding, he worked all the tight muscles in my neck and shoulders and gave a great foot massage.
After that I was taken back to the lounge until my esthetician, Ashley, greeted me. She did a great job helping hydrate my skin and work on any problem areas. She was easy to talk to and my skin feels so much better.
I really enjoyed my afternoon, the price is very reasonable and much better than any casino spa.

Recently moved to the area, my daughter got me a gift certificate for Xmas. Finally got a chance to enjoy it. The people are what make this spa special. Alana was my massage therapist and was amazing! Enjoyed an infared sauna as well. I accidentally left my watch and diamond necklace and it was waiting for me the next day. Will most definitely be back!

I am currently visiting a friend in Reno and asked for a recommendation for a massage. I typically only get relaxing ones, but this time wanted to focus more on fixing and healing my body. This place was great! They have a beautiful lounge to relax in before and after your treatment. My massage therapist really worked on loosening up my muscles and joints and even gave me tips and stretches to do on my own at home to continue to relieve my back pain. I highly recommend this place!

Jasmine is a magnificent human. Compassionate and attentive to your physical and spiritual needs, the pressure and attention to detail during her massages are spectacular and you will always leave feeling better than when you walked in!

Pampering and healing all in one.
I've had 'relaxation' massages before, but I have never had treatment like this. I never knew what 'spa' meant until now. You get luxurious robes, sparkling wine, a relaxation lounge to wait for your masseuse, then, the massage. Unbelievable how good it felt and how much healing occurred. They offer hot stone and CBD oil upgrades, it solved so many aches I have suffered with for years. Afterwards, back to the lounge for champagne and fine chocolates while you relax and reflect as long as you want. The geeting staff even filled out a hand-written note of thanks for us. I can highly recommend this place and if you need a recommendation for a masseuse, you can't go wrong with Samantha. ***** five stars!

Best massage in town!
Couples
My fiance and I treat ourselves to a couples massage every year on our anniversary and they get better every time we visit! We just went for a massage tonight and the entire experience, from the time you arrive, to when you are walking out the door is exceptional. The staff are attentive and the massage therapists are top notch. We've never had any complaints. We always go in winter and they have a hot cocoa bar in the lounge along with spa water and hot tea. One of these days I want to treat myself to one of there many other amenities.
