My wife and I recently stayed at the Peppermill Casino and we tried almost every restaurant on property but in all honesty, we weren't impressed at all, especially for the cost. On our last night in Reno (last Saturday) we decided to try some place new, but within walking distance. So, we decided on the Atlantis Steakhouse. Upon our arrival and after a short wait time, we were seated and right away we were greeted by the waiter, with a smile and a warm welcome, he introduced himself as Camel. After explaining to him that this was our first time at the restaurant, he began describing every single dish with precision. We were so happy that a waiter would take his time to help us understand the menu, recommend his personal favorites and help us make the best possible decision for our meal that evening. He also had a vast knowledge the cocktail menu as well. He recommended we try a "Smoked Manhattan" and he warned us that we would get addicted to it, and as well all laughed and my wife and I took this as a funny joke, we understood the seriousness of his comment as we drank the last of our fifth glass, each.
We ordered a NY steak and 12 oz filet and two sides each-mashed potatoes and sprouts. Camel offered to french service our dishes, and I was so amazed how knowledgeable and very professional Camel was, it was quite a show just by watching him plating the dishes. It was something out of a movie! At the end of our incredible dining experience, Camel surprised us with "Baked Alaska" for dessert, even adding a candle for our anniversary. A lovely touch on an already incredible meal.
Camel changed the way we viewed resturants in Reno. Everything about this resturant was perfection. Too bad we hadn't tried it sooner. Nevertheless, Atlantis will be our home away from home when we come back to visit all because of a waiter who completely changed our viewpoint on Reno. Thank you to our new friend Camel that made our night so special. We will be seeing you again!

We had THE best experience at breakfast all thanks to Mimi Carolina! She provided outstanding customer service, filling our cups, picking up our plates and was all smiles making us us feel welcome. I highly recommend the buffet for weekend breakfast, the crab option and all seafood was delicious, several food options and desserts. My family and I had a great time at the Atlantis buffet and we will be back!

We were looking for an affordable and clean place to stay in Reno in order to do a day visit to Lake Tahoe and definitely found it at the Atlantis Casino, Resort and Spa. Rates were $47/night plus a $33 resort fee, still making it cheaper than many other hotels in the area. And the resort fee can be applied towards food and beverage purchases at the resort. So we ate dinner and breakfast, which was paid for by the resort fee! The room was spacious and clean. The bed was super comfortable and the resort has so many amenities right there in the building. They had great COVID measures in place including scanning the temperature of every individual who entered the building. Very impressed and would stay here again!

After much research I found this casino to have the games I liked to play. After paying $25 for a taxi to go 4 miles to get there, I find out 1 of the games doesn't open for 2 hours, and the other one won't open until "hopefully" 6 pm. Of coarse my spending money was long gone before 6pm. So basically a wasted trip.

Partner & I were hotel guests with Monarch Rewards players' cards, so did all of our gaming here. It's reasonably sized, but smokey. There is a non smoking area, not overly large, that has a lot of older machines. It'd be wonderful if smoking guests were relegated there & non smokers to the larger floor space.
Slots were tight, as expected.

Visiting Casinos in Reno, Las Vegas and Atlantic City has always been in my U.S. Trip. The visit will always be an experience to compare each and not to gamble. However, I always spend at least 2 hours to play the original Keno game with $ 40 to spend win or lose . Luckily, I always win $ 80 to $ 160 since I only choose maximum of 4 numbers and patiently study the trend. Here in Atlantis Casino , I won and spend a partial of the winning and treated my son in their "Buffet" Restaurant for lunch then left for Wallgreen and Wallmart and enjoy the day.

We have visited Reno, Nv for 32 years and after visiting all the local casinos only one stands out as being the most outstanding, courteous, and attentive to our comfort and needs. The resort is pristine. We always enjoy the up to date slots and pay outs. We have dined in all the restaurants and they are all excellent. All the staff including valet, bellhop, room service, security, and house keeper are all professional and proficient at their jobs. Eden Moore has always be exceptional at making sure our trips go beyond our expectations. Eden always has our best interest at heart and has become a dear friend. We recommend the Atlantis Casino and Resort as being the most desirable and outstanding resort in Reno Nevada.

We had a good first half of the night, loved the craps long rolls leader board, the enthusiasm by the pit boss, was happy about winning a T-shirt despite losing money otherwise, good fun and lots of attention to sanitation, masks, and social distancing. Went for dinner (great meal at bistro Napa!) and came back only to struggle to find a spot at a table for the rest of the night. We played a bit of blackjack but we’re never able to play both of us again at craps the rest of the night. Couldn’t help but wonder why they wouldn’t raise the minimums to $10 or $15 from $5. They did raise one table, but since they grandfathered everyone in at 5, and no one leaves less they lose their spot, it kept being a $5 table. Dealers, as the night went on, became the typical zombie dealers, no one asks you how you’re doing or where you’re from, (maybe it’s the masks, or maybe this is a locals casino), even snapping gruffly at players, the younger ones like Mario especially. I appreciate the old school dealers. Finally, regarding craps, they have an interesting side bet based on the old fire bet, but also an odd quirk where a minimum bet is actually required on inside bets, ($10 table) first time I’ve seen that, most casinos are fine with even a dollar there.

Was playing table games PIA-GOW, the dealer was extremely unprofessional, complaining most her down about not being pushed out. She barley could deal the game. When I notified the floor about my displeasure and the dealers lack of professionalism it was just brushed off. After about 1 hour of dealing with this, the table shift manager comes over and she starts auguring with him on the table I yet again express that this has been an ongoing issue. She stays on the table for another 30 mins, Checking her watch every hand. She is finally pushed off the table. For just a brief amount of time then returns, all the players on the game leave refusing to play with her as the dealer. I requested the shift manager get us a different dealer as we as a table refuse to play with her again, he would not attempt to make any changes. I asked for complaint form wasn’t given one yet told to go online to put in comment on trip advisor, that this would go farther then a complaint! I also asked to speak with a casino shift manager and told they where not available. After asking for a complaint for a few more times I was given a survey form to fill out about my visit.... After completing that I followed up again with the Table games shift who stated this dealer has had issues in the past, which I responded why wasn’t she being watched especially after I spoke with the Floor about the issues.

The restaurants are the best in the city. Both the Bistro Napa and the Atlantis Steakhouse are top tier. The spa is also excellent. It is nice they give discounts to locals and it is a good deal because you can stay all day and use the facilities when you book a treatment.

I was robbed in the parking lot. A man yielding a knife approached me while I was putting my suitcase in my car. He grabbed my purse and ran. "Has anyone been robbed at the Atlantis in Reno?" I am suing for lack of security.

Which Atlantis tower houses the indoor pool? I am traveling with three children and I want to get a room in the same tower so if we go to the pool we don't have to cross the casino floor.

I stayed in the in the Luxury Tower Suite, which was right above the indoor pool. I'd suggest calling Atlantis Casino Resort Spa directly at 800.723.6500. I'm sure they will be able to verify what tower is closest.

Several questions:
We will be in Nassau August 5 on one of RCL cruise vessels and are considering a half day fishing.
1- Will we have enough time considering the vessel arrives 8AM and departs 11PM?
2- Where do we board your vessel? Can you arrange pick up at passenger pier?
3- Will we be trolling for billfish (incl Wahoo) or reef fishing?
4- What is the cost for everything for 1/2 day and how many people can we bring along for the cost?
5- Can you describe the boat.
Await your replies. Thank you, Albo S.
