    Great Day at the Museum
The Harrah's collection is quite impressive and spans many decades. All shown in the large indoor space. Easy to walk around most cars and the written descriptions are excellent. There are docent tours. It's a good way to spend the afternoon.

    Interesting even to a non-car-enthusiast
These autos are in beautiful shape. There are some from as far back as 1892 and they really don't go beyond the 1940s. You even get to see a real REO Speedwagon (or REO Speed Delivery truck). There was a fun exhibit of cars from or inspired by movies and television. So cool to see a Batmobile as seen on TV! There are Burma Shave signs and a great collection of old gas pumps. The museum is spotless and the background decor shows real thought. There is a gift shop with some nice toy cars.

    Auto history at its best
I saw the original Harrahs auto collection as an elementary school kid. It was overwhelming and not particularly organized. Very thankful this piece of Reno history was maintained and improved. Bill Harrah has some very unique cars and the museum preserved them in their collection. We did the docent tour with Bill Bradley. He was amazing - brought the vehicles to life with his stories and extensive knowledge.

Probably best car exhibit you’ll ever see.
Over 200 cars, most in perfect condition covering the entire history of car manufacturing. Classics (Duesenberg) celebrity (Elvis’ 1973 Cadillac) and everything in between. Take your time and allow for a few hours to give this exhibit it’s due.

The history of automobiles right in front you.
To me one of the best deals in Reno. Over 200 cars and 1 1/2 to go through the collection. Everyone so nice and relieved a Veterans discount. Our 1st time visit and was surprised how much fun.

The museum was very nice. Tours were available and the front desk attendant took the time to explain the entire layout. Nice older cars in beautiful condition. Nice gift shop too.

    An unexpected gem!
This is a hidden gem and well worth your time even if you aren't into cars. A blast from the past in so many ways. Three generations enjoyed this, and grandparents telling grandkids about memories / stories was priceless. I wasn't terribly thrilled about going, and ended up wanting to go again.

American Car History at its best
Too many great cars to see and enjoy in less than two hours. Doesn’t cost much to enjoy the exhibits and the free guided tour was a special bonus. Definitely a great adventure to those that enjoy autos, history and industry development. Many personal stories are associated with the Id visual exhibits. Good for the family but it is a rather long walking tour and limited drinks/food available. Don’t miss this adventure!

    Amazing automobile museum
When we visited the museum we had no idea what to expect. Our experience was amazing. The museum is full of the most incredible automobiles. The early autos were exquisite as was everything. The cars were literally works of art preserved in better than original condition. The staff was amazing. They loved being part of the history and preserving it for the visitors. Highly recommend the museum for everyone

    Best collection I've seen
Best collection I've seen. Lots of very early cars, turn of the century. Cars on up through the 60s. A race car section as well as a movie section. They had cars I've never heard of, and I love cars. From Dusenbergs to a Tucker, to the car James Dean drove in 'Rebel without a Cause', to Ed Roth originals. Very well laid out. Nice gift shop. Special display from American Graffiti while we were there. Even the wife loved it.

Lots of beautiful vehicles in four showrooms and a nice theater too. We enjoyed our visit! $15 admission was worth it, glad we stopped in.

Neither my daughter nor I know much about cars, but we both enjoyed our visit. Many, many cars in fabulous condition. Wish we could have taken some for a ride. Definitely worth a visit.

My wife and I recently visited this museum for about 3 hours. If you are a car buff or history buff this museum is a must see. It contains over 270 vehicles starting with early steam driven types. The collection has unique cars of all types since the invention of cars. It also includes race cars and cars which belonged to celebrities or were in movies. The museum offers discounts for veterans and seniors.

Sure glad that I didn't have to pick a favorite. Staff was great and very helpful.
I have liked cars all my life but there are some there I never heard of before.
I will go again the next time I am in Reno.
Suggest that you don't wear new shoes to this .

It wasn’t as big and didn’t have the variety of cars we expected. Was mostly antiques. I think there are better car museums elsewhere.

I am not especially into cars, but this was a great way to spend a couple of hours. So many beautiful old vehicles.

Informative & fun look at the history of cars from the Model T to the DeLorean.

This is a terrific auto museum, has an extensive collection, great history, and every automobile is polished to a spotless shine. Museum has old time feel with a few streets having olden day storefronts, gas pumps, etc. We were lucky to be on time for the 1:30PM docent tour which was excellent and lasted about 90 minutes. We got so much more out of that tour than just walking around on our own. There was even a Model T photo car and prop (hats, costume) that visitors can put on to take a fun photo!
