Birthday party fun!
We did the pirate ship for my son’s 10th birthday and they had so much fun! They made it to end and the people at Immersium took a fun picture and sang happy birthday. Would highly recommend this- what a fun experience!

Family Fun
Great for our family of 6 ages 13 and up. We all enjoyed the experience. This was our first escape room. They all want to go back for the other offered experience here. The guide was very kind, friendly, and helpful.

Fantastic!
Took our niece to her first puzzle room. So far my favorite one in Reno! Our guide was very personable and definitely made the experience even better. Make sure you have a flashlight of some kind.

Amazing time!

The great reviews are not overhype. We had a fantastic experience. Charles was an excellent guide, and the clues were so innovative. We were a little unsure due to the price, but it was 10/10 worth the money for the experience. Thanks, Team Immersium!

Challenging, awesomely, fun and exciting time.

Awesome escape room. Very well put together. Great theatrics lights sound, clues and atmosphere.
We went here on a married couples retreat and had a great experience. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Great prices as well for our group of 24. Total recommend this for anybody looking for a good challenge.

A truly great experience

I went to the Immersium with a group of friends for my birthday and I am really glad we did! The puzzles were challenging but all the clues were accessible and solving them felt really organic. Hayley was very positive even though we were the last group of the night and when we finally needed a clue she was helpful without taking away the fun of figuring anything out. Can’t wait to see what they have in store for the future!

Wonderful experience!

We love the whole set up! The room lighting is just perfect. The boat itself is beautiful! The clues are well set up. Some are easy but it gets a little complicated towards the end. Please be kind & be gentle with the items especially with the papers. They ripped easily & it will be hard for the next people to use it! Enjoy!😁

Awesome Production Value

Top notch. The set was incredible. Great job on the lighting, music, and special fx. We are from Vegas and go to a lot of these all over. Was very impressed with there theme and clues. Very well thought out theme and storyline. Highly recommend this escape room.

Best escape room in Reno!

Wow! This escape room was very challenging and fun. Loved the theatrical lighting and original music score, which added to the drama. Our game master, Diego, was very friendly and supportive throughout. We can’t wait to come back and try their upcoming space related escape room!

Great escape room!!

This was a FANTASTIC experience! We absolutely loved the props, the authenticity, and especially the fact that they have their own awesome soundtrack! Amy was a wonderful host! We escaped with only a minute and a half to spare. DO IT... you won’t regret it!!
