We spent 30 minutes trying to figure out the first clue because a key that came out of the ceiling had fallen and was on the floor. We didn't want to ask for a tip for the first clue, so we kept trying until finally we gave up. Later, we solved another clue and a little cabinet door opened 1 inch in a dark room without a sound. Again, we didn't notice and kept trying things over and over. Every other escape room I've been to has a game master monitoring and if they see you solve a clue correctly without noticing something (a key fell on the ground, a cabinet opens, etc.) they chime in and say something like, "when you held that button, did you notice anything fall?" or "did a door open?"
Anyway, the game itself seemed fine, though we didn't get to finish it. I wouldn't go back to this escape room, even though I love escape rooms.

My niece and I went together, this was my first time, while she had a bit more experience.
It was a fun way to work as a team and bond. But as for solving it, two of us just wasn’t enough! Minimum 3 people next time.
I’ll definitely come back, but I sure wish the price would come down. For an establishment to charge that much per person every 60 minutes, the facility should be much cleaner.
The windows and interior glass were very dirty and that’s the first thing people see upon arrival! Dust coated every surface from the front door to the puzzle room.

I work at an escape room in Sacramento and some of the team and I drove to Reno to play this escape room. The set up is beautiful, but the execution is awful. When we came in there was no one to great us and the employee there didn’t come out for a few minutes. Once he did come out he seemed almost put out that he had to help us. As we were paying for the game he answered the phone and took another persons card information repeating it back right in front of us while he held our card. During the briefing video the staff member left the room and it took a good minute for him to return after the video was over.
Once in the game the room was amazing and immersive. As we entered the last room we saw that the last puzzle that gives us the exit code was misreset (not reset properly) and had the exit code flashing. Because we all love escape rooms we finished all the puzzles to legitimately get the code, but when we escaped this staff member barely cared and when we said there was a misreset just said, “oh really? I’m sorry it must have been messed up from the last game.” This staff had set the game up only when we asked for that game.
Overall a beautiful location, but just an overall disappointing experience even though we escaped the hardest room.

The progression of the game was random; not logical ... didn’t make sense even for a creative person with skill in non-linear thinking. Clues placed in the room were vague, sometimes leading in the wrong direction, which would be fun if it wasn’t timed. Flashlights were low on battery power.

Super great and fun experience! Pretty good challenge too.
* only complaint was one of the steps to get into the next room was a knock pattern. We attempted the knock pattern multiple times, different speeds and could not get through. After spending a good chunk of time trying to find another possible way in, we decided to ask for a clue and was told it was exactly that, it was a knock pattern. Spent too much time looking for alternate route, couldn’t complete. Overall wonderful experience, and will still give 5 stars due to great staff, experience and cost.

We've gone twice now to do the Pirate room and Asylum. The Pirate room was the easier option so it was a good beginner room. Our small group still hasn't made it out under the hour mark but it's always a super fun time and the staff has all been wonderful! Asylum was so fun, but I'd recommend that you go with a group of at least 4... you know... just in case you have to be split up...

We had a great time, but we’ve ran into issues with certain pieces of the rooms not working. Through multiple rooms we’ve seen parts that were broken, unreadable or just don’t function like they’re supposed to. This led to a major loss of time.

We found out after our game was over that the safe we had been trying to open for the last 15 minutes was known to have batteries die within an hour of replacing them, we had the correct code to open it but couldn't because it wasn't working. There was a person talking to us over the radio who tried giving us clues while we were in there but never once asked about the safe working even though they heard our group trying different codes and saying nothing is beeping or lighting up. When we asked about it after the game and were told about the safe not working that it should beep if you press anything, they acted like it was no big deal and offered no means of remediating it and it sounds like they have no plans to replace the safe. I wouldn't go back or recommend anyone else visit as they don't seem to want to take responsibility for their faulty equipment so you'd be taking a chance on if things are working during your visit. I can't imagine how many people this has happened to before us that have no idea because they didn't ask about it.

Morgan was the absolute best! She was very friendly, clear, and gave everyone an immersive and fun experience. Her kind disposition and great attitude have made me reconsider my own life decisions and even stop drinking. Please, remember that you have plenty of reasons to keep pushing forward, and one of mine is Morgan.

Done 3 so far, all amazing. Morgan was a great hostess. Will definitely go back and do them all.
So much thought put into them!
Only bad think I have to say is that I usually go with a small group (2 adults and a young child) and it’s really hard to get out in time unless you have a larger group size. I prefer taking my time to rushing through and have no desire to try and break records or anything like that, so I wish they gave you a bit more time (but that goes for all Puzzle rooms).
