The riverboat dinner cruise is a wonderful experience. The captain, staff is professional and very nice. When you walk inside the boat, all the tables are set, name cards, salads and water pre-set, soft jazz music piped in the background. The captain makes a few announcements and any celebrations are noted if you add it to your reservation when booking on line. Food is delicious! I had the fresh catch (salmon) and my husband had the Chicken Marsala is excellent. There is a full bar and those charges are extra and paid for at the end of the night. It's 2 hours total and you eat right soon after you are seated at your reserved table then you can move about the boat and enjoy the scenery upstairs is open with seating and downstairs is enclosed. Smoking section in the back of the boat outside. Soft jazz music all around the boat. It's a lovely experience. Do it.

We are repeated customers. I absolutely love everything about the dinner cruise. It’s A peaceful, relaxing dinner cruise on the lake with a beautiful sunset, wonderful background music, we had the most delicious prime rib dinner with vegetables, potato, hot rolls, beverage and yummy melt in your mouth soft silky cake and the most pleasant and professional staff. In the past, we had the Salmon dinner with vegetables and potato and that was just yummy too! I highly recommend this beautiful dining experience to everyone who has thought about going or is thinking about going on the dinner cruise. Just go! Have fun and enjoy yourself! It’s worth the trip!

The tour requires advanced purchase, or you roll the dice with being left out. The 1 1/2 tour is very interesting and well done. There is food available for the afternoon cruise, generally quick serve food, reasonably priced. There is a full bar, and once again, reasonably priced. The servers were prompt and worked hard to satisfy all their guests! A very nice experience. The have outdoor seating on the top deck, and inside sitting on the lower deck, 2 bathrooms on lower deck.

Disappointing experience. Staff encouraged everyone to remove their face mask after boarding (during a pandemic). I felt more comfortable leaving mine on, but employee Sandy kept pushing to take it off. The website said the capacity would be limited to 50%. Instead, the tables were about 75-80% filled!!! Shoulder to shoulder seating with NO social distancing. I expected at least one empty seat between customers to limit COVID-19 exposure. This tour packed passengers on the boat. Beyond that, the staff leans in very close to your face when taking food/drink orders. So many preventable mistakes! Even the emergency exit door on the first floor (back right side) was BLOCKED by a table of customers. I felt so unsafe on this boat.
Unsafe from the staff's careless lack of COVID-19 precautions. Unsafe from the *packed* tables with no distance between passengers. Unsafe from emergency exit door blocked just to squeeze in more tables downstairs. I hope this company makes improvements. I support small businesses and I appreciate a laid back vibe, but you have to be safe especially during a pandemic. It's not an unreasonable expectation for seating to be spaced apart and for all staff to wear a mask. The female employee who works at the dock ticket counter rode the boat with customers (in employee uniform) without a mask the entire time. Maybe she was off duty, but while in employee uniform... please wear a mask. And I wish that staff wouldn't actively discourage passengers from wearing a mask either. If this company can correct these staff and safety errors, then it has potential to be a decent boat ride.

Thank you Kohk, for attending the tour as we do appreciate your business and your feedback, although I do feel it is necessary to clarify a few of your statements. Occasionally the administration attends the cruise for quality control purposes. I personally was on this cruise. No emergency exits were blocked. We are Federally regulated by the Coast Guard and receive annual inspections to ensure the safety of our vessel. Our floor layout has been the same for 20 years. There were many open tables that I saw on the bottom deck of the Celebration. We do take the safety of our crew and passengers very seriously. Our staff is required to wear masks while working with guests on board for the safety of our passengers and crew. Our guests can remove their masks once seated; this is the guideline for all restaurants in the COVID19 pandemic. Our capacity for our tours has been reduced. The tour that you were on had 63 passengers which is less than 50% of our capacity. Our crew has never gone around the vessel encouraging people to remove their masks. This is simply false. Our ticket booth agent was invited on the cruise after her shift to enjoy lunch. She was wearing a mask while boarding and removed it once she was seated to enjoy her lunch and drink. We do appreciate any feedback whether is it positive or negative as it sheds light on areas that we need to improve, however we think it is very irresponsible for you to publicly make false statements about our business.

We were looking forward to an 1 1/2 hour cruise down the Colorado River. We thought in that time frame we'd go down the river a ways and see some sights. The Celebration boat idled the entire 2 mile round trip. Water taxies kept zipping by us. That looked like more fun, and I'm no kid, I'm in my 70s.
You had to sit on uncomfortable lawn type chairs with little space between tables. It was difficult to leave your seat because others had to move to let you get by. The narriation was interesting at first, but nonstop, then started repeating itself.
We did meet interesting people, that were just a bored as we were.
The crew was very nice, this tour just lacked excitement. Near the end they finally played some songs. People started rockin to the music. They should shorten their 'tour speech' and play more music and pick up a little speed. Take us for a ride.
We are not new to boat tours. We've been on every boat tour on Lake Tahoe, the day trip on Lake Powell, the Hellgate Jet Boat excursion on the Rogue River, a tour boat out of Seward Alaska, tour boat on Diablo Lake in Washington to name some and went on most, several times. This was the only one we've been disappointed on. It was OK, and informative, just not one we'll be back on.
I don't know what the dinner cruise is like. Probably better because at least your eating dinner. Wish we took that one.

Thank you for your review. We apologize it wasn't up to your speed. The Celebration Scenic Tours are meant for a nice way to enjoy the river, learn about the area and have some lunch and snacks! We recommend that you visit our sister company London Bridge Jet Boat Tours! Travel down river at 40mph all the way to Lake Havasu City's London Bridge.

Knowledgeable & friendly Captain. Well prepared food. Great experience! Only negative, when reservation booked, was told we could bring a bottle of wine on board and paying a corkage fee of $15. All reasonable, however shipside, was told no alcohol could be brought on board; the wine/champagne served was of a lower quality than you might expect to accompany our very nice prime rib dinner.

Overall disappointing all around.
The boat slowly creeps up and down the same areas you can jump on a water taxi for $5 for and plays a pre recorded message on the speakers.
Service is slow and food was just OK. Our blonde waitress seemed more interested in her phone and texting than attending to guests, customers lined up at her table (not us..) where she sat down to attend to her texts at to request their checks and she seemed annoyed.. but shouldn't have been as she had more or less been ignoring them to have her head buried in her phone most of the trip
We couldn't wait to get off...
sorry to leave a bad review but this reflects my experience :(

Thank you for your honest review of our scenic tour. Please note that our servers do not take personal calls or texts during shifts, but do have to communicate with our corporate office. In this instance, that was the case. We never intend to take our servers attention away from guests, as that is our first priority, however there are rare cases where we need to. We hope you can understand and we would like to recommend our friends at London Bridge Jet Boat Tours for a faster boat.

My girlfriend and I took both River Tours, the Sunset Dinner Tour July 19th and the Scenic Tour July 20th. They were both amazing. The food on the dinner cruise was incredible, everything was spot on. The service by the waitress Juanita was outstanding, she was very attentive and so friendly. Captain Mike was funny and very personable, even took the time to take some photos for us. Jessie the bartender made some excellent drinks and even came out and chatted a time or two. The entire staff goes above and beyond to make the cruises memorable. It was well worth the money. We look forward to doing it again

We decided to make this Colorado River Dinner Cruise one of the many things to do during our 27th Anniversary trip.
First, just the beauty of the Colorado River at sunset made the trip worth it. However, the Boat Crew’s absolute attention to detail, friendliness, professionalism makes this a comeback to trip. Ashley,Juanita, and the rest of the crew are awesome. Bartender knows her mixology. Then, the piece de resistance, The Chef. Limited menu, as expected, especially since he prepares everything from scratch, even the horseradish for the prime rib( excellent,by the way) to desert, I recommend the apple crisp, from a galley (kitchen) no bigger than a broom closet. The boat’s Captain is very funny, personable and great helmsman. Against, a 20 mph wind and probably at least 20 knot current, the ride was very smooth.
This is a must do while in Laughlin!!!

The 1 1/2 hour Valentine’s cruise was pretty boring cruising up down the river within a mile stretch back and forth at 2 mph. We would have thought a river cruise would actually cruise the river.... it’s in the name for goodness sakes. If it weren’t for the young lady entertaining trying to make a living we would be asking for our money back. Not sure what’s going on with crushing in circles but I would suggest you call ahead to get the details vs just booking online as it it’s not what it appears to be.

Dinner cruise was about $45 per person. However, you could make additions to your meal choice (i.e., a lobster tail) for an additional fee. Once on board, we also ordered a bottle of wine, also for an additional fee. All costs were within reason and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and boat cruise.
