Terrible service all around! We used their services in June for a 40th birthday party. Their driver was TEXTING while driving for most of our ride. I addition when our ride was complete we were surprised by being charged an additional $80 for champagne that we were never told was not included! You claim to be a no hidden fees company but clearly that is false! I made numerous calls the company and spoke to the manager and even the owner and was told I would be receiving a refund .... I'm still waiting for that to happen! Do NOT recommend and would NEVER use their services!

Do. Not. Use. Took my credit card info for a reservation. Never showed. Now I cannot get in touch with anyone at the company. I have no idea how they are in business. Avoid!

Absolutely nothing was right about this experience from the color of the Hummer limo to the absence of a bar in the back. All that was there was the mess from the previous patrons, People open businesses to make money, that's a fact. However, as a business owner, one that offers a specific service, it is the responsibility of the proprietor to be capable of delivering the service they offer in entirety. My brother-in-law hired a wedding planner who "promoted" 24/7 among others. With the choices presented my BIL did some research and decided to give this fledgling business a chance. After booking with 24/7 he realized the Rock N Roll Marathon was set for the day and time he booked for the services. Two weeks before our arrival in Vegas he called and explained that it would be impossible for 24/7 to deliver us to Freemont Street from The Cosmopolitan on the strip because the marathon effectively cordoned off the strip and kept traffic from getting in or out of certain areas, namely the hotel they were at Freemont street. The lady (owner or manager--I'm uncertain which) would not heed his request and said he was still going to pay BUT promised that the driver could get us to Freemont street. What a joke. We circled haphazardly and were thrown around the back of the limo while our driver made at least 5 turnarounds (illegally) and quite frantically. The 45 minutes we spent in the limo we were blasted with the driver's personal playlist surrounded by the leftover mess from the previous guests without the champagne that was ordered and paid for in advance. There wasn't so much as a napkin or a bottle of water, or even ICE back there. Just an opened package of red Solo cups and spills that were not cleaned up. Did I mention that is was Barbie hot pink and he requested a black Hummer? The hits just kept on coming. Our ride ended 4 blocks away from our destination because that was as close as the drive could get because of the barricades. Thumbs down, 24/7. I would have preferred to write a glowing review.

This is the most incompetent company I have ever used. I rented the vault on April 1st, I was charged once by the driver and once by the company. Their email support is useless, sent 2 emails, no response. Called them about their lack of response to their email and they said they would address it within 2 days. No response after 5, so I called again. Took down my information, said someone would call me within 2 days again. No call. So I then call and tell them they need to figure out what the issue is while I'm on the phone since they don't respond or ever get back to me. I was on hold forever and they said they would call me back once they talked to the driver that weekend. Of course, the next week comes and still no call. I call them back On wednesday, so I gave them enough time incase there was some hold up. Apparently the driver accidentally charged me as well, yet the person I spoke to initially said that was impossible and not their company policy. So they said they would finally issue me a refund and I should see it within 7 days. We're now at day 12 from that conversation, I just called for about the 8th time and their customer support puts me on hold then randomly without saying anything transfers me to someone, I get a voicemail and hang up, since I had no idea who I was being transferred to. So I called back and she says she transferred me to her boss to leave a message since hes not in the office. So I leave a message. I'll likely get no call back and at this point I'm fed up and going to do a chargeback. I've wasted several hours on this company and been given the run around for months now. AVOID them at all costs, because if you have any issues, it will never get resolved.

We had booked our service and 30 mins before hand I had to cancel because half of my party was too trashed to go ( daughters 21st) and they not only allowed me to cancel but were happy to change the reservation to the next day. Our driver Tareek was awesome he made sure we were all having fun and constantly made sure we were enjoying ourselves along with allowing us to change the itinerary of the tour, he even offered to take us by the Golden Knights stadium which made the entire night for my husband and sons who are huge fans. The limo was a little dirty around the bar and glass wear but the fantastic service more than made up for some fingerprints and the price was very reasonable.

Do not use, we had 6 bookings with this company for a stag party limo for 18 people, and then 5 lots of transport for the actual wedding, the stag party limo just didn't turn up at all and on the wedding day even though we had this booked months in advance and had filled in all the relevant payment forms etc, the morning of the wedding they were insisting that we fill in the forms again and send copies of driving licence before they would take payment and confirm our limousines, this was on the wedding morning. We had booked a limousine with champagne for the bride and groom, they send a black bus!! Not recommended, not reliable do not use

So - we rented the pink stretch humor limo for my friends birthday while in Vegas as a surprise. We rented it from 9-11 pm. We pre-booked this at least three weeks before even going to Vegas with the number from the website. We were super excited. The day that we were to be riding in the limo, we called to confirm we were still down for the reservation and they confirmed. As we waited outside 9o'clock came around and no limo showed up. We gave it until 9:15 p.m. and then we called them. They then told us that they didn't have us booked and that the limo was on another route at the time and the earliest they could be there was 9:45 p.m. We were upset as we had other things planned to do that evening but we could deal because it was the biggest surprise for the birthday girl. So we sidetracked to a bar and waited until 9:50 p.m. for the limo to show up. When they showed up it was still a little dirty because they just had a party on it. So Adam showed up with the humor. After about an hour and a half of riding around (we were with 4 older adults and 3 adults in their 20's) the 4 older adults were ready to go back but no one bothered to ask the adults in their 20's (whose birthday surprise it was) if they wanted to be done. So, Adam dropped off the older adults, like I said AFTER 1 1/2 HRS, and tried to drop off us younger adults also but since our time wasn't up and WE PAID FOR THE ENTIRE TWO HOURS AND IT WASN'T CHEAP, we wanted to utilize our entire time. So we asked Adam to continue to take us for a ride. But, Adam decided to book another party instead so he took us up the block three minutes away and dropped us off. So we paid for an entire two hours ride, got an hour and 35 minute ride, they didn't show up on time, didn't have our reservation booked when we called and checked earlier that day and they said they did, and the limo wasn't clean as it should have been. So, I reached out to the company thinking they would make this right. At first, it seemed promising. So I talked with someone ho was helpful but then the driving manager got in an accident and was supposed to call me when she got back to help with some sort of partial refund, Well she never called me back and here I am months later (this happened in March) with still no resolution. I even emailed them again to ask about it and they said oh you can call us...but really they should have called me when she got back like promised and I never heard word AGAIN. I don't trust this company at all. They never even found our reservation when I was communicating with someone to resolve the issue, they wanted me to verify it was their driver (and it was Adam cause I sent them a picture), and they also wanted to me verify the phone number I called to make my reservation and to verify that we had the right phone number...and we did. So I don't know what the heck is going on here...they need new management and a new system to keep track of their reservations. DISAPPOINTED with the way things WEREN'T handled and the money spent on this bs.
