- Laura E1 contributionSCAM!Whatever you do, stay away from these scam artists! My mother and I were walking through the Venetian Grand Canal Shoppes when my mother was approached by a woman at the front door handing out lotion samples. My mother entered the store and fifteen (15) or so minutes later (while I was gone) she was sitting in a chair while someone put cream under her eyes. I have always been weary of these beauty stores as those that work in them typically do not have any knowledge of what they are selling, they are only selling to make money and don't care about the consumer. When I walked in to see what my mother was up to they were asking me "do you see a difference in her under eyes!?" very aggressively. I asked to see the product that they were selling which was $299. I looked the product up on google, only to find that it was being sold on Amazon for $125, when I mentioned that the woman stated "it's fake, don't buy on Amazon." She further reported that the product could be purchased online through the eye cream product store directly for $1,300. She was hard selling my mom and I tried to steer her away but they got her, hook, line, and sinker. Before you knew it, they had her debit card and handed her the receipt with her overpriced under eye cream. My mother ended up having both eye irritation and skin irritation a day after they applied it, it almost looks like a chemical burn. They never asked if she had any allergies and did not even conduct a patch test. Stay away from these people, they do not care about you, only your money.Visited November 2022Written November 8, 2022
- Rick RRoseburg, Oregon2 contributionsStay Away its a complete rip offThe Sales people use questionable sales practices. I was told they work under dermatologists. They tried to charge my wife $2640.00 for a makeup system. I had to tell them several times we were not going to pay for it. Three of their sales people were trying to pressure me to accept it. I had to call my credit card company and cancel my card. Even the Shipping form they tried filling out for my wife was a scam. Their web site on the form did not exist.Others say the eye cream that seems to remove wrinkles is basically a glue. Its really concerned a business like the Flamingo would even let these people do business on their property. My best advice if to not even go into their business, keep walking away fast.Visited November 2019Written January 6, 2020
- gweasley425Torrance, California22 contributionsRude, aggressive staff. Questionable products.Avoid this place at all costs. They are very aggressive and will try to push you into buying one of their extremely expensive (and questionably efficacious) products. Very rude, too. I told the sales lady she was being pushy and she got mad at ME. LOL. Gross experience. I’d rather pay hundreds for La Mer.Visited April 2021Traveled as a coupleWritten May 5, 2021

An employee from that store have the Audacity to come close to my son and Shush him with an intimidating look !! This person does not have the Authority to do that and Harass my son because my son's tantrum was inconvenient for him. I was scammed for 600.00 and i have alerted my bank, the BBB of Las Vegas and the Dr Phil Show for help. My email is bernadetteski@yahoo.com and i would love to hear from others who have been ripped off. - Theresa B7 contributionsA sucker born every minuteI too was lured in by the "free" samples. To be honest I thought they were actually being nice to me, (stupid). They pretend they don't understand English when you try to explain why you can't afford the product. They also fold under the part of the receipt that says no refunds when they ask for your signature. I tell you what they do know, they know how to con people out of their money.Visited September 2016Traveled with friendsWritten September 28, 2016

- JanH5510 contributionsRun from these huckstersPractically accosting you as you walk by, I was enticed by the idea of a little self care and allowed the pushy, fake-flattering sales woman to show me some eye cream that was 'guaranteed' to take years off my life. A little dab. A small fan to dry. And, yes, my left eye looked younger than my right. (I'm 66.) Weird pitch for the cost--($899 on some website I could never find; normally another price; half price today because it's the last day of the medical convention. huh?) Plus, her guarantee was odd. The good effects outlast washing. It lasts a week. It lasts three weeks. It needs to reapply daily. Huh? I told her I would think about it. Back in my room an hour or so later I took a closer look. At a distance, my left undereye was definitely tighter. Look closer...a crusty film...and creases? Wait. You glued skin together to tighten it?? I washed away the crust and looked back in the mirror--where both of my old eyes matched one another again. Scam. Fake. False advertising. Run, people, run.Visited January 2018Traveled on businessWritten February 5, 2018

Very pushy sales techniques. Went back the next day when my skin had a bad reaction to cancel my order before it shipped. Told there were no refunds. Tried to call the warehouse to cancel it there before it shipped but they wouldn't return my calls. Returned the unopened package to the address it was shipped from and the package was undeliverable. Thought I ordered $600 worth of product, they charged me $3500 and now I can't return any of it.

Avoid this shop they get you in and even when saying no repeatedly they overdrew my credit card I had to complain to get some of the money refunded they were smooth experienced at coning you into buying a lot of very expensive overpriced product.

Way, way too pushy and some products nice but very $$$.
Thought I was buying $400 of their products, my card was rejected.????
I was asked to call, OK transaction by an employee to my card company.
My card people thought it weird that Le Savon charged me $400 and 10 minutes later there was an $8000.00 charge as well. ???? Not OK.
I told the employee there was a minor problem with my first card, gave him another.Transaction for $400 went right through. SERIOUSLY, 1/2 hour later...2nd card company calls and I was told there had been another transaction for $9,300.00 via Le Savon for mdse purchased.?????
"Not authorized!"
I went to Vegas for Minexpo2016, business, not pleasure or a vacay.
I got sucked into a "free facial" that ended up with power, pushy sales to buy.
I ended up on phone with 2 card companies for an hour + trying to explain that I'd OK my basic purchase and $8K, & $9.3K were fraud. I have proof that those fraudulent charges were made.
It may not be Le Savon's fault.
But I'd suggest the joint be avoided.

Run! Getaway as fast as you can! Go to a reputable cosmetic dealer. You are being conned from the moment you walk in. Next thing you know you're being taken advantage with charges of $8,000. Look at the other reviews and you'll see the same comments over and over. Fine department stores have the same type of creams and potions for a fraction of their cost without the flimflamming.
