Flying with Jason the pilot was the greatest experience in my life. My wife and I had the feeling of floating through the air over all the casinos! He made the experience very enjoyable with the knowledge he shared about the city. The ride and landing were very smooth!! Will be back. Thanks again!!

I am a Student pilot, based in Michigan, I was on vacation in Las Vegas and decided to rent an airplane with instructor to have some experience in mountain and desert flying, so I contacted AirWork and Shannon replied within minutes, her communication was excellent and she scheduled me for a flight with Instructor without issues. Once arrived, Eli checked me in and I met my Instructor for the day, Tony. We had a pre-flight briefing in the office before heading to the ramp. Tony is very knowledgeable on the area, he has a great personality and make sure that our flight was safe and enjoyable. We flew for two hours over lake Mead, Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon, it was the experience of a lifetime. I am looking forward to my next trip to Las Vegas and will certainly contact AirWork again for another flight, thank you AirWork, I couldn't be happier!

Well I’m a student at College of Southern Nevada, I have 40 hours at Airwork, I came to Airwork for 1 year and the reason I chose this company was because they had great reviews. Sadly they were from back in the days. I was working very good with my CFI for 1 year, one day he told me he would not be able to book me anymore, that he was very busy which I understood because he was nice. I tried to talk to Shanon about showing me other instructors and schedules available. Sadly she was very unprofessional. And told me that wasn’t her job, but what was really shocking is that she told me “we have other students that are very successful why you aren’t successful”, I was mad at the moment and I told her I AM ASKING FOR HELP, can you help? She was very mad and told me that’s not her job. I understand that’s not your job I guess. But telling students how bad they are compared to other students is not the way you go specially because I work in customer service. And when a customer ask for help we provide it. We don’t tell them they suck compared to other students. I write this review because I was expecting so much from AirWork and I feel they rip me off. Not even an apology. I do not recommend this flight school and will advise any student to stay away and go spend your money somewhere else where you can get real customer service and some respect, at the end you are paying for it. Don’t feel intimidated.

Dear Gabriel, it's very unfortunate that you feel this way. Our instructors and office staff are very nice and very professional at all times. We have reviewed the footage from the date of the conversation you referred to with Shannon, and those exact words were not expressed. You were never told that "we have other successful students, why are you not successful?" That is not something Shannon, nor any team member would say, no one in our office speaks to students or colleagues or anyone in that manner. We pride ourselves with Genuine, Caring Customer Service. I do want to mention, looking back on the footage-that you were simply told that you may want to be more proactive to set your schedule and reach out to your instructor one-on-one. As opposed to having the office staff help you do it every time. We provide all of our students the necessary tools they need to be proactive and self-sufficient and book their flights out when it works best for them. All students have access to our flight scheduling system, & can look for open flight times, then simply contact your CFI via text, call, or email…to confirm schedule with your Instructor. We have many other students that have families and full-time careers, and they all handle their scheduling on their own with the tools we provide. Sincere Apologies that you had a negative experience with us. We assure you, all of our current or past students do not feel that way, they all prefer to check the schedule for availability themselves. The way you were trying to schedule was inefficient, going back and fourth with Shannon asking is this day/time open? Is this day/time open? Rather than just looking at the schedule yourself and asking to be put on the schedule during an open time. Your response when asked to do this was “I don’t have time”. Our top priorities are safety, customer satisfaction and treating everyone with respect and professionalism. We're here to answer any questions you may have. But we do not appreciate a negative post when you had one whole year with us and you knew how to use the scheduling system effectively. We hope you complete your hours and fulfill your dream wherever you feel comfortable and happy... Good luck to you Gabriel! Airwork Management

State of the aircrafts are really bad The Piper Arrow we were supposed to do a checkout on, looks like it had crashed before. The seats completely worn, and exterior of the plane in really bad shape. After a short pre-flight inspection we did not accept this airplane for flight. Please be safe and judge if their airplanes are safe for you.

We're sorry you had a bad experience with us. This airplane had never been "crashed before" as you mentioned. The seats were in rough shape at the time of your flight with some tears in the fabric, we purchased the plane like that. We have redone the entire interior of the plane since your visit with brand new seat upholstery, carpet, etc. The aircraft was safe for flight on your rental day and completely airworthy. Safety is our #1 priority. You have every right to not fly an airplane because you're the pilot in command, but these are all cosmetic issues and do not affect safety of flight. We have also fixed all cosmetic issues since your visit. Thank you for your review.
