I haven’t been to a movie since Covid and really wanted to see Cruella. I always get the largest popcorn for the free refill. I was told because of Covid they could only refill it by giving me a medium size bag. Ok I sort of get that. But when you pay over $9 you do expect it to taste fresh. I’m not sure when it was popped but it was pretty stale tasting.
Restrooms were dirty. They only had a few kids working the concession stand.
Told me to pick out my seat. Had the row to myself but then they sat people directly behind me which made me feel very uncomfortable!
This used to be a nice theater but it needs a facelift to compete with new ones.
The only reason I picked it was because I didn’t have to walk through a casino. It’s a free standing theater so I thought I would be safer.

The theater is old now. It's been here since I was pregnant my baby is 28 now. Need carpet changed need new chairs preferably rocker recliner ( leather ). The movie industry make enough money to make that possible so it's about time. Perhaps to earn extra revenue you can get businesses to place print ads by the lobby or even a sports car 2020 model for sale in front of the theater or more ads on the screen. Either way, you'll get your money back. Maria G. Christa

This theater is rundown. No recliner seats to be found. I go here for Korean movies (watched Parasite) and movies that are not being shown at other theaters.

Disclaimer: please take a glance of the pictures I posted from this theater.
As the saying goes: a picture is worth a thousand words. Well. These a numerous pictures and perhaps no words and a jaw dropping expression instead.
A friend and myself were a bit confused about the popcorn situation.
However, it kept snowballing downhill when we went to sit on a seat in the theater! Three rows of checking the seats prior sitting on one!
Filthy seats, beyond dirty. Time for some reupholstering I think.
Two stars, because the lovely lady who took our tickets was exactly as stated: lovely. The fellow at the ticket counter when purchasing was informative and had a gleaming smile.
That's all folks;)
Wait, that’s not all- opt for another theater please:)

This lovely cinema is just a quick drive from my home & is absolutely perfect for my film-going needs. Along with the regular blockbusters, they show a lot of films that other bigger casino-based cinemas can't be bothered with cos they won't make enough money from their showing. I have spinal problems & it still has the older upright seats (those new over-sized pleather seats that recline into a bed make my neck & back hurt). The staff is very friendly & helpful; they provide jobs for the special needs & disabled community.

Prices at the concessions stand are competitive, even a bit lower than others but food is pricey no matter what cinema you go to nowadays. Their popcorn is always fresh, hot & buttery, and their drinks are cold & bubbly. Being disabled, they cheerfully offer to carry my drink & popcorn to my seat for me, something I'm very grateful for.

The theatres themselves & the bathrooms are always very clean & I always see a member of staff walking through the theatre during showings to make sure everything is all right. All in all I would highly recommend this cinema to anyone looking for a non-casino-based film experience, and there are numerous excellent restaurants within walking distance for pre- or post-film dining.

I don't like complain much, but I had to pull the plug on this theatre. Yikes - It's filthy. 'Nuff said. The movie we wanted to see was in theatre #7. When we walked in, there were two seats with garbage bags covering them...wth?!#!...every seat (upholstery, not vinyl) was caked with dark schmutz, and the floor was sticky. I can imagine what it would look like when the lights are on. Luckily, there were no chalk outlines of bodies though...perhaps in theatre #6?...We went to the front box office and asked for a refund. Manager was super apologetic, and gave us our money back - NO QUESTIONS ASKED. You can go to this theatre, but bring your TYVEK jumpsuit, and you will be good to go...Sorry Regal, I'm going to go AMC from here on out.

I have had a love-hate relationship with this movie theater. I guess I'm in a "liking" stage now, which merits the 3 stars. It is a bit older, and does not have any of the shiny doodads that other, newer theaters boast, like luxury reclining seats, or in-seat concession service (like Downtown Summerlin, holla!). But it does have a very decent movie selection with varying times that seem more convenient. They also host movies that are a little off-beat and unusual, in addition to the usual mainline ones, and the big blockbusters. They regularly show sub-titled films, including Hindi and Filipino (Tagalog) movies, as well as some Spanish ones. They also show documentaries and the occasional live showing of an opera from The Met.

So, why the hate (in part)? It's a bit shabby, and well-worn. It's well beyond the time it needs to renovate. The outside payment system is rotten during half of the year here, when it is too cold in the winter, and you shiver outside while waiting to purchase tickets, to when you're burning up outside while waiting to purchase tickets in the summer. There are never misters in the summer, nor heaters in the winter. That part of their customer service game is weak, indeed. And sometimes there are long lines, such as during the holidays.

Want to avoid the holiday movie crowds? Take in a movie on the Sunday night after Thanksgiving. Quiet and enjoyable movie. The seats do NOT recline all the way back, but are comfortable.

Much better than the one at Red Rock Hotel especially if you have kids and don't want them to walk through the stinky smoke filled casino. Nice clean theaters. Basically will never go to the Red Rock Hotel Movies again. BUT the only reason I did not give "5 Stars" is that on my recent visit the line for the concession stand was 15 people deep and there was only 1 server helping. The line basically did not move. 15min in the line and still there were 10 people in front of me. By the time my movie started 25 min after I arrived I still was not helped, even though I asked the gentleman to go get someone else to help him. Super Frustrating when servers just don't care at all.
