It was great walking around the area, learning about the area, pointing out places I would have missed if I was just walking around by myself.

Rick was amazing!! He was so knowledgeable of the downtown Hotels and casinos and all of their history with the mobs. We learned about the owners of these properties and what make them so unique. Many people that visit Las Vegas do not realize the entertaining history of this downtown area. Rick shared so many facts and stories that it gave us a whole new perspective of the downtown district. Rick, thanks for time well spent, the recommendtions for dinner, and the drink we shared at the end at El Cortez. Highly recommend this to anyone wanting to learn more about Las Vegas. -Patrick and Lori

We thought booking this tour would force us away from the Strip. Definitely a good decision. We were the only two on the tour. Rick our guide was punctual and having worked at the Mob Museum and Neon Graveyard really knew his stuff. He showed us round a number of Casinos explaining a bit about the history and design of each. Who would have thought a bit of Communist / Iron Curtain history and one of Winston Churchill’ s possessions could be seen in the same Casino. We finished off with margaritas in El Cortez. I can’t recommend this tour enough. Really interesting with a very engaging guide. Rick tailored the tour to suit our interests. We had a great week in Vegas and this was the highlight.

It was great to have you both on the tour of Downtown. I appreciate your insight about connecting the Berlin Wall to Winston Churchill’s billiard table. In the years I’ve been giving this tour no one has ever pointed that out to me! Thanks again and many happy trails.
