Extremely rude. Not accommodating.
I was with a bachelorette party and when we booked we had 7. They told us multiple times we had to have a party of 8 in order to book the group we were trying to book. We told them we had seven and they still told us we had to have eight then they told us they wanted to give us a free upgrade. They did not specify that this upgrade was in order to accommodate only seven. When we said yes to this “free upgrade”, we had already found an eighth girl to come on the entire trip who purchased a flight ticket all the way to Las Vegas to come with us. Then the company told us they could not accommodate her because the upgrade was only for seven although they never specified this. We asked if we could go back to the downgraded version we originally wanted and they said no because they told the instructor he didn’t need to be there anymore, although this was days before. When we asked if we could cancel for the group because we didn’t want to leave a girl behind, especially after she had booked a flight last minute, they refused to give us a refund. They were extremely rude and told us that we could not show up but we wouldn’t get a refund. When I asked to speak to a manager, someone who is possibly less rude than the first person the manager was also extremely rude. They were not accommodating at all. They wouldn’t reschedule, they wouldn’t give a refund, they couldn’t accommodate eight people, they did nothing at all to try to help us fix the situation, and in fact, tried to blame a girl in our group that she misread the message which is false because the message did not specify what the upgrade was for.
When we got there, the tour guide was also extremely rude. He was coarse and condescending. There were multiple people that they didn’t let go in different groups that we witness and they didn’t offer them a refund either.
The experience of learning to ride a four wheeler was fun for those who had never been on one but if you’ve ever ridden one or grown up, riding them, it was quite a boring experience given that we just rode around in circular tracks. So we ended up having to leave a girl behind at the Airbnb and rode around in circles for about half an hour. I would never recommend this experience, please save your money.
