The interesting information we learned about Las Vegas. Great revitalization going on around Fremont Street, making it safer. Definitely worth it! way better than hop on hop of bus. Something different to do than just the strip.

This 2 hour tour is a must for anyone visiting Las Vegas. Kelly our tour guide brought to life the downtown area....from its beginning to how it is transforming today into a vibrant fun area, with some of its history also being brought back! Thanks Kelly. Highly recommended tour.

We really enjoyed the history with this tour. Our guide, Kelly, was very informative and left us asking few questions because he told us so much. This is our 7th time to Vegas and this was a phenomenal tour of downtown

It turned out that 5 people cancelled so we ended up with a private tour of downtown.
Guide was so knowledgeable about DT Vegas and he had a real passion for it. Learning the history and the little things was so interesting. It was cool to see things that you would never without an insider. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who is in vegas. Get downtown and see it for yourself it.

Not only does this tour force you to leave the chaos of the Strip for the semi-historic downtown area, but Kelly will expertly walk you through about a century of history in just a few hours. He will also show you some EXCELLENT values and some really cool things to do after the tour. For example: within 30 minutes of finishing the trip I was able to touch a piece of the Berlin Wall in a men's bathroom. Anyone with even a minor interest in Las Vegas will enjoy this tour!
I only wish I had cash on hand to tip the guide more!

My wife and I booked the evening tour of Fremont Street. We were provided with headsets so we could always hear Kelly's narrative on the streets we were walking. Kelly knows so much history behind the original buildings along Fremont Street and how they've changed over the years! The photographs he carries really help you get a sense of how things have changed over time. At one point we walked through the Golden Nugget and saw that wonderful indoor swimming pool with the waterslide through the shark tank. How incredible is that! We loved it.

It's a great tour to take. Not only a lot more history, quirky info, funny stories, ideas for things to do, but also a good sense of character to each segment of Las Vegas. Kelly is calm, easy-paced, and fun. He's knowledgeable, enthusiastic, full of tips, and generally a great guy to spend half a day with.

It's worth recognizing that the two visits to the Pawn Shop and Restoration Hardware are distinct add-ons. We were given the choice to switch that part of the tour for the newly restored Fremont East. We chose to go to the stores but came back to Fremont East to have a good look around alone on another day. It's a long walk down open streets (open to the elements and the loud traffic) and they are not the nicest streets to spend time on. Kelly makes it interesting, with all sorts of stories to help make the time fly by. Visiting in early Feb made us really lucky - the sun was out but the day was cool, there was no filming and not much of a line at the Pawn Shop. Ricks Restoration is a lot further and the tour ends there. Again we were lucky to join a tour immediately after the end of the tour. If you are not a fan, though, do opt for the alternative Fremont East, as there is so much more to do AFTER the tour in that area.

All in all, certainly worth the money and a great way to spend the time.

I took this tour solo, but Kelly still gave it 100%, and it was a great tour. There's so much one misses walking down Fremont Street, but Kelly reveals all of the long-gone or sometimes still-existing wonders of downtown Vegas. Cheaper than most shows and just as (if not more) entertaining. Great tour with a very knowledgable guide.

I learnt so much about the area, comparing buildings with how they used to look. Being given insights and shown area I would have missed had I been walking around by myself.
