My fiancé and I were both very pleased with the tour we received! Our driver, Danny Ho, called us to let us know he was on the way. As soon as he picked us up, he was very polite and extremely funny! He made the drive very enjoyable and told us about the history of the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas. We were given the general admission tickets along with food passes. Danny made sure to let us know how to make the best of our experience by giving us helpful tips. Overall we both really enjoyed the tour! Definitely worth the money!

Irene was our driver, she really made this a fun, informative, and educational trip. Follow her tips and the trip will go smoothly and you will beat the crowd. AC worked great and a stop was made 1/2 way there and back. Irene really knows the area and has great stories she tells. We would highly recommend using this company to get a great day trip in.

The Native Americans who run the place are extremely nice and treat everybody with proper social distancing protocols, temperature checkpoints, etc. GRAY LINE DOES NOT!!! Go visit this amazing gift from Nature but do not accept Gray Line as the company to drive you there, there are many others. These people just want your money, they don't care if you get the virus... the driver even offered his mask in case someone didn't have one!!! Disgusting!!! They offer air-conditioned buses, not true!

Dear Proluna 8, As we have already answered your post, the following is confirming what we have already posted, with the addition information that all of our coaches, large & small, have air conditioning. We live in the middle of the Mojave Desert and A/C is definitely on all of our coaches. During normal times we utilize our small coaches for morning hotel pickups. Guests are then transported to our terminal where they receive a briefing on what to expect during the day, any remaining payment issues are taken care and guests are assigned to full size coaches depending on their particular tours. During the current COVID-19 pandemic, the above procedures are not compatible with governmental health safety protocols, so we have been picking people up with the same coach that they will use on their tour. The smaller coaches allow us better and safer maneuverability around the confined driveways of many Las Vegas resorts. We are sorry that these more maneuverable coaches missed your expectations. We are in the process of updating our website to reflect this temporary change. I would also like to take this opportunity to mention that coach safety, much like airplanes and trains, is regulated by the US Department of Transportation, which does not advise coach to social distance on vehicles. We do advise all of our guests to wear facemasks while on our coaches and to social distance while at tour stops. In closing I want to thank you again for being a Gray Line customer and we wish you all the best in your future travel adventures. Sincerely, Zachary Delete Response
