Marriage/wedding pictures
Dec 2019 • Couples
Me and my husband got married at Mandalay Bay on December 28th and we bought a package that included pictures by Cashman photo and we were very impressed..Jimmy, the photographer really outdid himself and we were so grateful for the moments he captured. He did such a phenomenal job that we bought more photos and they were not cheap. And the photo consultant, Karolynn helped out a lot as well with guiding us to the best deal..

Happily ever after,

The worst experiance ever - stay away
Jul 2017 • Family
We have booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for us and for our 2 teenager boys.
The drama started when we checked in and there was no room available with separate beds for the boys. That got resolved when we agreed to pay extra (700$ for the 2 nights). We were told we cannot use the refrigiratore in the room because it is full and a removal of an item will immediatly cause a charge to the room. Just to clarify its 106 in Vegas right now. When we came up to the rooms I was shocked to find out that in order to make my self coffee in the room in a disposable cup I have to pay 5$. An old sock was waiting for us by the dresser. The boys wanted to use the gym and were told it will cost additional 35$. And to top it all, an Ice Cube party is taking place right now and its 2:20 AM and we are all wide awake with no chance of being able to sleep.

Great place for kids
Jul 2017 • Family
I have been in Vegas more than 10 times in the pass 16 years. I got married here. And I always stayed in top hotel every times I'm in Vegas (Caesar, Wynn, Encore, Cosmopolitan)those for pleasure trip in Vegas. But I came here last year for my rob hockey tournament and we had to stay in Luxor as it's part of sponsor by tournament association company. It was bad place for us. We got suite and requested for most expensive room but still bad room service (never show up when you call),AC NOT working in washroom, quality of Resturants just ok. We will not stay again at Luxor. This time we stay at Mandalay Bay and it's a real 4 stars hotel. Great facilities, services, restaurants and I definitely will come back to stay again!!

Poor Quality Pictures and photography service
Feb 2016 • Friends
Our wedding planner was fine. However, the pictures look like someone with a nice camera took them and they indicated edited would be done but it was not. If you want professional photos of your day I would not recommend this place.

Valley of the Falls Wedding
Sep 2015 • Family
We got married here this year in september and used the valley of the falls location and package inc. the RiRa irish pub for our reception.
Every guest commented on how beautiful the location was. Everything was stunning and ran very smoothly.
As we were from the UK we expected some difficulty in getting in touch with our wedding planner, but Muriel Sierra was amazing. We received a response from her via email normally within 2 working days and she regularly touched base with us to check if there were any questions. I felt we could ask her anything and she would do her best for us. Including asking her to book show tickets for us.
The floral arrangement was lovely and i was able to Very last minute order additional button-holes for our fathers (the day before).
The photographer on the day was lovely and made sure we were relaxed and got some amazing shots. We did upgrade our photography package the next day when we went to view the photos. It was quite expensive but still reasonable when i think of how much a phtotgrapher would cost to have back home.

It was a wonderful stress-free occasion and i would highly recommend

Great place for your special day.
Aug 2014
My wife and I were married here back in 2005 and were treated with the upmost respect you should receive on the special day. People were great and easy to work with. Chapel was large with more than enough seating for the thirty or so friends we had tag along. Being from Canada, everything was set up for us as per things we wanted before we arrived. They made our special day an outstanding event. Muchly appreciated. Nice location on the resort also. Great spot to take your first photo's also.

Very easy to schedule. Coordinators are very responsive and helpful in providing options, steps required, and pricing.

Major kudos to the staff at THEwedding Chapel and photographers and staff at Cashman Photos (onsite photographers).

They all went above and beyond to make this special day memorable and as stress free as possible!

Our special day
Jun 2015 • Couples
We booked our wedding here due to the fact we wanted to get married in the hotel we were staying in and having children with us, this was the perfect place.
I cannot fault the chapel or staff there and the only issue was that our coordinator we had made all arrangements with was off work the day of our wedding which was a let down but it all still went to plan with every detail met so we were happy.
Our minister Rudie was lovely, the chapel is so welcoming and clean... Not a depressing, old fashion type you see and read about,
All of our guests loved the service. Even though Vegas is known for its "quick" weddings, this was a memorable and personal service and was all captured on film and the photos were lovely. Our wedding was perfect for us and lived up to all my expectations... I just wish I could do it all over again but without me running to the chapel because I lost track of time!!

Excellent Service
Jun 2015 • Friends
My cousin was recently married there and I had the pleasure of attending.
Part of the package she chose was the beach wedding. The family gathered at the wedding chapel where there was a bride room and a grooms room. Also a nice gathering area for the family.
Once the ceremony was ready to begin, we had a nice procession to the beach where the nuptials were exchanged.
The officiate performing the ceremony was from France, and not only from France, but from the same town that the brides family was from. I think that gave everyone a special feeling.
Needless to say, it was a perfect wedding. Moon light, beach, and a beautiful bride.

Well Done Mandalay Bay! Well done...
