What an amazing day! I like doing new and adventurous things and this hit on all cylinders! The instructors are amazing, very knowledgable and encouraging. My safety was never in doubt. I felt a huge sense of accomplishment every time I climbed the ladder and did something just a little bit more acrobatic than the previous time. If you have the opportunity to do this DO IT! I will be back !

We went with a group of 4 (men and women, ages 24-28) and had SO much fun. It was a little chilly and Terry went inside to grab us all sweaters and keep us warm. She was wearing two layers of pants so she took one layer right off her body to give to my friend wearing shorts.
The staff was funny and gave great instructions. Any age group at any fitness level can participate, and it is easy to advance quickly! I would definitely recommend giving them a visit.

This was our first time trying trapeze, and it was so worth it. They make you feel so comfortable and are so funny, but give you such great pointers on how you can improve and learn. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to try it out or practice more.
