A must see for every Las Vegas visitor
Sep 2021
I went to Container Park for the first time on a Friday night for a concert (Metalachi). It was a lively crowd and I had a chance to see a mall, apartment complex, and even restrooms made from converted rail cars. During the day and even into the night, there is lots of shopping and some restaurant/bars. Outside is a large praying mantis that shoots fire about every 20 minutes after dusk. Such a unique experience. I went for a concert, but stayed to see an amazing offering that is the Container Park. Sooo cool.

LAY-OP= Live At Your Own Pace
Sep 2021
Returned 5 years later hoping to find the same store where I bought a shirt 5 years ago. Success! The store still there just in a different container location. LIVE AT YOUR OWN PACE=LAY-OP. Bought several shirts because I love them!! Great conversation with the owner of the store. Fire breathing large Grasshopper.

Thanks for your review and feedback. With all the mandates and things just opening up, we have been very limited on what we can and can't do. We hope to have you back when we have live entertainment and events to enhance your experience. Till then, take care.

I think because of the virus it's not as busy or full as it should be. There is not a lot to do. I think when it's fully open and the shops are open it's probably better

Hi, Yes covid has halted some hours and fun at the park to say the least. We look forward to having you back when we don't have restrictions to our events and live entertainment. Guidelines are starting to left and we started having live music and other activations as well to enhance your experience. Till then, take care and be safe. James

The playground is now open. My husband and brother in law stayed with the kids and my sister in law and I went shopping. I found some really cute earrings. It was perfect!

Very unique grouping of shops and eateries. Many are still open in the Covid times and setup to accommodate social distancing requirements

I found the 40 foot, flame throwing praying mantis sculpture, and there was Container Park. My sister wasn't as impressed as I. But we enjoyed the shipping containers turned into about 30 shops, a couple of bars and restaurants.

Certainly worth the short walk from Fremont Street.
Nov 2020
We walked through the park on a beautiful fall day. The park is a short walk from the Fremont Street Experience. We were very comfortable walking to this area in the daylight, not sure we would have felt the same way after dark. The park was filled with shops and places to eat and drink. Some unique art and sculptures. A fun place to visit.

Scary and sad
Nov 2020
We visited on a Tuesday around noon. First, a very intimidating man stared us down and stood uncomfortably close to us on the sidewalk as we waited to cross the street at the crosswalk, so the are felt very unsafe. The "security guard" at the entrance mumbled an acknowledgement as we walked in, so we didn't feel any safer. Almost all of it appeared closed. Only two couples were dining and I didn't see anywhere to shop. Very sad and not worth the walk away from the Fremont Street Experience. We were in a hurry to get back to a safer, more populated area.

Hi and thank you for review. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. Yes, right now we are in different times with Covid and tourism down. The local businesses are doing what they can to stay open but this had lasted a lot longer than what anyone could have anticipated. We trying to weather the storm as best we can and stay open so thank you for taking the time to come down. I will also speak with the front greeters and guards that they definitely need be more engaging, so thank you for that. They normally are way more engaging but will remind them of the consistency of interaction. I hope you can come back when we don't have restrictions on hours and entertainment. Stay safe and have a great weekend.
