We stayed of a 3 day weekend, The room was nice, very clean and quiet. They had a resort tax of $36.00 something a day but the pools were closed. The smoke wasn't too bad in the casino. If you want to eat in different restaurants with higher ticket averages you are all set. The Buffet was $34.99 for dinner, Breakfast... More

Had free rooms, made 100s of people wait in the casino because of some sort of flood. No warning or update. Just a sorry and have a seat. Expected us to wait 4 hours on New Years. Never comin back!!! Terrible customer service.

I would Say the casino at Rio is the weakest link in all of the Caesars properties. The Buffet was amazing and We did so so on the slots It just looked like the place needed a facelift.

Just got back from THE RIO used to be my favorite place to stay in Las Vegas as I am not a tourist being that our rooms are comped most of the time we still have to pay this ridiculous resort fee , then they put us in the worst rooms they have despite loyalty or card status . I... More

Worst meal I have ever had. Cold food and the carving station looked like yesterdays left overs. All the meat was cold , dry and no flavor or juice. The roast was gray looking and the turkey and pork looked even worse. Gravy had a scum floating of congealed fat, GROSS ! ! !

The time at the Rio was excellent a lot to see and do within the casino. The employees make the experience a wonderful get away with their great hospitality.

This resort offers us comps but we still have to pay resortd FEES so thats why we been staying elsewhere. Resorts that give us true comps with no resort fees or other hidden cost just true comps.

The Rio has changed since i visited last. it has improved a little bit but it was a little more quiet than i remember. I wish we could have stayed here, but overall... our visit was fun and we will return again.

Okay. Nothing special. Needs new lighting. Kind of drab surroundings. Just kind of worn down. Casino needs a facelift from an appearance standpoint. Staff was okay. Location is easy to get in and out of. One of the easiest access casinos for convenience.

I always stay at Rio, best food and friendliest staff, all staff. All rooms are suites and roomy with a great view. There are two buffets and the price is cheaper than eating at Denny's
