Run down, poor use of floor space in the casino, employees are rude (seem very unhappy). For a place that hosts the WSOP, they really drop the ball. I asked valet not to park the car in the sun, that is where they parked it....More

Did not stay at the hotel, but rather visited and played briefly at the WSOP venue. The new poker venue set up seems better than last year, but staff was not paying attention to the players needs. I would visit the venue again and try...More

Rip off, old, no new tech. Charges 10$ to withdraw money. Old carpet, Just bring this old building down please. It’s time to build something new, better casino layout, better slots, better pits, happier employees

We came over here for the January Bonham's Motorcycle Auction, which we do every year. It was sort of odd that there were very few people wandering around the giant casino, which looks every bit as nice as any of the others in town, but...More

I was expecting a larger casino! I did arrive late in the evening and the stores were closed...so that could have made it look small. Nice place to play. Might will come back to see a show later. The parking was kinda hard to find...More

Rio offers a variety of gaming for all shapes and sizes of wallets and luckiness. This includes Pacman for adults, Ellen, Walking Dead, and the classic games among the favorites. Great people watching and decent customer service, it's just really smokey no matter where you...More

I’m one who’s always looking for a good deal. I thought the Rio was one. A few dollars cheaper because they’re not on the strip?— not good: They do NOT have a free shuttle to either the strip or to the airport. When you figure...More

The Rio was one of the first all suite hotels in Vegas and was an innovator in its time. That time, sadly, has now passed. The famed Carnival buffet, which introduced the concept of separate themed cooking stations to Vegas is now overpriced and scarcely...More
