Poor service, we expect more from a high class casino. Have been there many times and even Xmas parties. It seems that the crowd has changed or the casino is trying to I get in younger crowd that does not gamble.

My stay other time has been good. This weekend i stayed at Harrahs. I was at the Rio only to try to enjoy a night at the Voodoo Lounge but it was closed earlier from the hours of operation posted. Not a good experience.
