I always get a room behind that old advertisement sign.

We love the Rio, however, I am tired to paying for a "view" and getting a room behind that old crusty advertisement sign that blocks the view out of the windows.

I always stay at Rio, best food and friendliest staff, all staff. All rooms are suites and roomy with a great view. There are two buffets and the price is cheaper than eating at Denny's

Went to see the Penn Teller show at the Rio. This casino has seen better days. It is not run down per se, but it does show its age. It was very quiet on a Wednesday night with little action at the tables or slots.

Tired, outdated, empty, Unmaintained. Elevators had graffiti and buttons broken. Did not feel safe nor inviting. Although it was a Monday night the casino was empty except for a mad man screaming at his slot machine.

Loved the Rio. Will return on next trip to Las Vegas. Free Parking a plus especially since other properties will begin charging for parking.

We stayed at the Rio, so most of our gambling time was spent here. We seemed to be drawn to the same machines, which we were lucky(?) to hit enough to keep us playing the extent of our 4 day trip. The floor and the wait staff were wonderful and never kept us waiting. They kept our areas clean at... More

Overall the Rio is an excellent casino that we like to visit when we come to Vegas. Not happy to hear that parking will not be free and also the free rooms are great but paying the resort fees just about makes them almost not affordable. We would visit more often if we had better deals.

Regular Check-in was a nightmare and the lines were longggg. Express Check-in was just as busy and crowded. Our room was in the Ipanema Tower and was spacious, clean, and the view of the strip was spectacular. But that's as good as it gets. The condition of this off-strip property is poor and needs renovations badly. The corner of our... More

RIO offers something for everyone at a reasonable price and strong value. Easy to get to and check your inhibitions at the door. Table games are especially fun as the crowd gets into the excitement
