GET BACK TO WHO YOU WERE

We have seen Mo5aic many times in the past here in Las Vegas and always loved them. Last night we took friends to the Aliante Casino to see them and, frankly, we were embarrassed. They have forgotten what got them to where they are with audiences--their fantastic harmonizing and voices. What we saw last night was jumping up on the stage, off the stage, chatting with the audience, more jumping on and off the stage, more antics, and we were getting sick and tired of it all. Finally, the last 20 minutes or so they did what we came to see them for--fabulous voices and sounds blended together for real entertainment. Sorry we took others to see them. They all said "too much talking and messing around." We all heartily agree. Won't be going to see them again unless there's more singing and less antics.

Saw this band as part of the entertainment provided by Royal Caribbean (Allure of the Seas 15/05/16). Although I will leave my comments on their show below, I would like to highlight my main criticism of the band first.

After having watched and being underwhelmed by Mo5aic's show we then saw them several times around the ship. Most of the time in the night club or at the bar. Once or twice the opera singer was seen intoxicated, falling drunkenly from one girl to the next as slowly his advances were rejected by each girl he stumbled upon. This, for me, was disappointing and also reflected badly on Royal Caribbean.

Moving on to the review of the show. They started off well with a medley of song but then moved on to ask for requests (about 10 different requests were take including; Purple Rain - Prince, any Justin Bieber, Elvis, Frank Sinatra and Queen) After belittling the Justin Bieber fans, which i thought was un-necessary, the opera singer informed the audience that their requests had been noted the they moved on to a history of music.

Opera through Jazz then there was more belittling of the Justin Beiber fans and the group moved back to the requests and sung a song that had not even been requested, the lion sleeps tonight mashed up with in the middle of the night. The way that the songs had been merged together was very cleaver but the singing seemed to just be a competition of who could sing the loudest with the poorest attempt at audience participation that I have ever seen.

Once this finished another un-requested song was sung, once finished they took one final shot at the Justin Bieber fans and finished by saying " and our final request of the night ...." and moving to sing Bohemian Rhapsody - Queen. Yes this was a requested song and the only good thing about this was the guitar solo, partially because most of the others weren't singing.

They moved to a new venue. Now they are on the Las Vegas Strip. They are the New Rat Pack. A+ vocals and a show for the whole family. Only class. It is nice to see class and style in a new age. I hope to see them a new legends for Las Vegas and the world. They are blessed with great talent and I am bless to have listened again. I can't wait for more music.

These 5 guys are amazing. First, they sing a capella, and nail each song. Then all the "background instrument" sounds come out of their mouths too. I thought for sure there was a band/background music, but at the VIP meet and greet they spontaneously broke into song/music again. Truly talented! Amazing!

These guys have amazing talent, and take a capella to a new level. If you are looking to go to a Vegas show check mo5aic out at Bally's in the windows showroom. This show is also very fun and kid friendly, my 11yr old daughter had a blast.

Adventure of the Seas show...funny, entertaining, and fun to watch.

This group was scheduled for a night on the Adventure of the Seas cruise we were on and they were very entertaining. They have a show starting in June at Bally's in Las Vegas, and I would definitely pay to see them again. Great singing of the covers they performed with a touch of humor mixed in. I'm hoping these guys do well in Vegas...and I think they will. Great job.

Mo5aic are awesome

I saw Mo5aic on the naming ceremony cruise of Anthem of the Seas. I have to admit I had never heard of them before. I went to see the show because I was curious. I'm so glad I did. Wow they were amazing. I couldn't believe that they were making all the sounds, you would listen to the singing and then realise all the music was them too.mif you get the chance you should see them.

Royal Caribbean: Oasis of the Seas
I have been to several performances from others whom do the same vocal styling as this band, such as Naturally 7. They were awesome! However, these guys are a bit cheesy and only have a couple of very talented lads amongst them. The opera singer was the best, BY FAR, out of the whole group. The rest kind of had a voice but no where near the voices needed to take on some of the big covers they were attempting.
