Rock of Ages, the "insanely fun" (Time Out New York) worldwide smash hit musical featuring a raucous mix of 28 eyebrow-scorching tunes, is now rocking nightly at The Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino. Set in L.A.'s infamous Sunset Strip in 1987, Rock of Ages tells the story of Drew, a boy from South Detroit and Sherrie, a small-town girl, both in L.A. to chase their dreams of making it big and falling in love. Rock of Ages takes you back to the times of big bands with big egos playing big guitar solos and sporting even bigger hair! This hilarious, feel-good love story celebrates the great rock songs of the '80s including such sing-out-loud songs as "Every Rose Has Its Thorn," "I Wanna Know What Love Is", "Here I Go Again", "Don't Stop Believin'", and more. Parental Advisory Rock of Ages is all about having a good time but you should be aware that some of the costumes, dancing and language might not be appropriate for kids under the age of 14 (kids under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult). Remember, if you do bring them, they'll get to see you rockin' like you did back in the day! AGE LIMIT Under 14 Must Be Accompanied By An Adult Under 5 Will Not Be Admitted Into The Theatre

If you like 80s rock music, you will enjoy this show. Cheesy, yes, but the music is good and the show is simply entertaining. As you arrive, they give you these little lights that look like lighters and people really get into waving them around...More

Great fun and unexpectedly enjoyable. Great over formers and production with a nice balance of humour and music, much better than the film!

A little on the raunchy side in terms of explicit language and sexual content, but the cast of this performance is top notch and the musical numbers are terrific. Don't miss it.

First this is NOT FOR KIDS. Saw a little girl of about 7 sitting 3 rows from the stage. That girl got quite an education. Since we have seen the movie several times we found the stage production confusing & disappointing. Wouldn't bother with it...More

This was our favorite show!! The story line and music are fantastic. I was never bored. The energy was great. I'm not one to see shows twice, but I would definitely go see it again. So good!!!

What a fun show! We didn't know what to expect and we were more than pleasantly surprised by the high quality of acting and singing. What a fun time! We came out of the theatre ready to continue the party at the Bourbon Room.

A little cheesy, but overall entertaining. Its basically a story with music. Some of the actors were very talented. The lead female vocalist was pretty hot.

This show was very disappointing . Expected good 80's rock but got raunchy show with amateurish acting. Seemed more like a bad community theater production. Definitely not appropriate for anyone under eighteen. Musicians and singers under par for a Vegas show. So bored and disgusted...More

The singing and acting was great. The narrator made the show. This is NOT a show for kids. The covers were very good and had the crowd rocking.
