Ready to rock out like it's 1956 all over again? A nationwide touring hit, Tony(R) Award-winning musical "Million Dollar Quartet" takes audiences back to December 4, 1956, when an extraordinary twist of fate brought Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, Johnny Cash and Carl Perkins together in what became one of the most memorable nights in music. Based around that historical event, the musical recounts how the legends ended up in the same room at Sun Records in Memphis for one of the greatest impromptu rock 'n' roll jam sessions in history. It brings to light the extraordinary story of broken promises, secrets, and the once-in-a-lifetime celebration of four friends that is both poignant and heartwarming. Featuring talented, charismatic actors and singers, relive the era with the show's incredible score of rock 'n' roll, gospel, R&B and country hits. Showcased hit songs include everything from "Blue Suede Shoes," and "Walk the Line" to "Ghost Riders"," "Sixteen Tons," "Great Balls of Fire," "Folsom Prison Blues," "Fever," "Whole Lotta Shakin' Goin' On," "Hound Dog," and more.

Too bad this show is closing! It was truly enjoyable. My husband and I thought the show was very entertaining. Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, Johnny Cash, and Carl Perkins all had a chance to play some of their hits. The actors/singers all were proficient in portraying their characters, but Jerry Lee Lewis and Johnny Cash stole the show. In... More

This show was very well done. We did not realize that it was based on true events until the end...so sorry to hear that the show is ending after a 60 year run.

We spent a week in Las Vegas at the Harrah's Hotel. One of the shows we had an opportunity to see was the Million Dollar Quartet. This is the day in Memphis when Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, Johnny Cash, and Carl Perkins were at the Sun studio at the same time for a impromptu jam session. Well, the very... More

These guys are all mega-talented and the show was not only a slice of Sun Records history but very entertaining. Jerry Lee Lewis was hyperkinetic and darn near stole the show for sure. The only complaint I had was the volume. It was a couple of days before my ears stopped ringing. Other than that highly recommend this!

High energy, well-paced show with outstanding performances. Everyone in this show is excellent and the story is interesting. Musical numbers are frequent with transitional dialogue to move the story between songs. A lot of shows go on 10-15 minutes past the point of interest - not here - the time flew by and we loved every minute. Go - you... More

The Million Dollar Quartet is easily the best musical on the Vegas strip. Outstanding performances, and inspiring musicians keep you captivated throughout the 90 minute show. This isn't a tribute show, but a well acted and thoughtful one act play. It recreates the night that the four founding artists of legendary Sun records came to the studio, and the jam... More

To understand what (supposedly) went on that fateful night in1956, brings you back to a long ago place when life was simpler and less hectic. The Jerry Lee Lewis character was especially engaging. It would have been better though had ALL of the entertainers actually played their instruments.
