My husband and I did the shooting and lunch package when we were in Las Vegas in April 2021. The tour guide (John) that picked us up at our hotel was amazing. He gave us so much information during the drive too and back from the shooting range that we hadn't heard before. This is a "must do" if you are in to shooting different styles of guns and want a fun experience.

MOST AWFUL EXPERIENCE EVER!!! COMPLETE RIP OFF… DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!! Family of 5 ride with 6 other people in a van that only had AC for about 30% of the trip there and back. The van had a bad tire and rattled so badly you couldn’t hear anyone talk. We were all scared it was going to wreck. We rode the ATV’s. Helmets so tight and hot with goggles that the air supply was minimal. We all had to sign waivers saying we wouldn’t sue them. Our guide was decent, the other employees were MEAN!! Rode single file, 110° heat at only 5-10mph. When we got the to “water & photo midpoint” I was so sick from oxygen deprivation and heat, o couldn’t ride back. They screamed at me that I shouldn’t have taken the tour if I was going to get sick. They said I would be charged $200 on the spot because they had to tow my ATV back. They then said no one could stay with me and I would be LEFT ALONE to wait for my “pick up.” They wouldn’t allow my husband or family to stay w/ me so I SAT BY MYSELF under a bush in the desert for an hour before they finally came to get me. Once back to the main building, they demanded the $200 cash and said no to credit card. Demanded I get the $ from the ATM. Would NEVER recommend this experience to anyone. Most unreal waste of $950 we have ever experienced. DON’T DO IT!!!

I was just fired from the company and I’m here to expose the truth. This company is all money driven and could care less about the customers. ATV rides are always a letdown with strict guidelines, staying in a single file line no passing etc. only up to speeds of 15mph. The helmets they make you wear are years old and haven’t been inspected since bought. If you have an emergency on trail or just simply can’t make it because of the heat they will charge you an additional $200 for a “recovery” fee. If you happen to break a headlight or a flag etc they make up prices and up charge the costumer and pocket the rest. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY. Heat exhaustion is a real thing on these tours and they will purposely prolong the check-in/ ATV assign to try and make people quit before going on trail because they have you sign a waiver that protects their pocket. THER IS NO SUCH THING AS A REFUND WITH THIS COMPANY.

Had a Great time, it’s an experience that I’d do over! John!!; did such a great job. He was helpful with any questions we had. Paper work was no hassle at all John explained everything so throughly and his tactic at going about it just flowed. John was very knowledgeable with historic information about Las Vegas to Arizona and everything in between. I will Definitely be go back Hopefully I get a chance to have John as my Driver/Tour Guid! 👌🏻
