I hear the BBQ is great although I've only eaten the buffalo fingers the one time I ate as I have only came so far for the music. Billy Ray Charles and his blues band are top notch and have quite a wealth of songs they draw upon. They have yet to let down every time I have asked for a song from a particular blues/jazz artist. The drinks are reasonable and well-poured. The crowd is a bit older and music attentive as expected for the blues genre. On momdays and swing dance club meets here and really lights up the dance floor, quite the scene. I look forward to returning and trying some of the bbq and enjoying other music here. Tuesdays is Reggae night, thurs-sat blues at 11:30pm, sunday is open stage. mon at 9 is blues again and wed being a showcase of invitation only from the sunday open stages...
This place has a mid-western neighborhood bar feel which I was really missing after I moved out here from Ohio. I will be back there and often and I hope to bring more friends with me next time.

Visited in January 2014 and wanted to hear some live music. The band was jamming and the drinks were cheap. It looks like a hole in the wall and that's what's great about it. A local spot for sure but they made us feel welcome and we saw a few other tourists too. Check it out for some real good music and colorful people you won't be disappointed.
