Ventilation on the gaming floor not as good as other places as it smelled of smoke. Casino host was helpful and nice but their Comp’s program not as good as the Venetian or MGM properties. Rooms were okay - nothing special.

Honestly, Planet Hollywood used to be a great place, fast paced, innovative and have the best customer service on the strip. In my eyes, not the case anymore. Trying to get some customer service at this casino anymore is like asking for help at a...More

I did not stay at this resort. I just did a little gambling. I lost fairly quickly, but my friend won. We were gambling while my friend's wife did some shopping in the Miracle Mile shops connected with the hotel/casino.

While filled with many multi-color lights, the casino at Planet Hollywood feels dark and is quite noisy even when there aren’t crowds. There are plenty other more appealing casinos along the Strip.

We stayed at PH so it was easy for us to visit the casino, since we had to walk through it to enter the strip, but I can't say I was overly impressed with anything in the casino. If you enjoy slots and high table...More
